Leviticus 19:23
ನೀವು ದೇಶದೊಳಗೆ ಬಂದು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ತರಹದ ಮರಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹಾರಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ನೆಟ್ಟಾಗ ಅದರ ಫಲ ವನ್ನು ನೀವು ಸುನ್ನತಿಯಿಲ್ಲದ್ದೆಂದು ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಸಬೇಕು; ಮೂರು ವರುಷಗಳ ವರೆಗೆ ಅದು ನಿಮಗೆ ಸುನ್ನತಿಯಿಲ್ಲದ್ದಾಗಿ ರುವದು; ಅದನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನಬಾರದು.

| count shall ye then | וַֽעֲרַלְתֶּ֥ם | waʿăraltem | va-uh-rahl-TEM |
| עָרְלָת֖וֹ | ʿorlātô | ore-la-TOH | |
| the fruit | אֶת | ʾet | et |
| uncircumcised: as thereof | פִּרְי֑וֹ | piryô | peer-YOH |
| three | שָׁלֹ֣שׁ | šālōš | sha-LOHSH |
| years | שָׁנִ֗ים | šānîm | sha-NEEM |
