Leviticus 18 - DBY (Kannada)

1 And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,ತರುವಾಯ ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--

2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, I am Jehovah your God.ನೀನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳಬೇಕು--ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾಗಿರುವ ಕರ್ತನು ನಾನೇ.

3 After the doings of the land of Egypt, wherein ye dwelt, shall ye not do; and after the doings of the land of Canaan, whither I bring you, shall ye not do; neither shall ye walk in their customs.ನೀವು ವಾಸವಾಗಿದ್ದ ಐಗುಪ್ತದೇಶದ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳಂತೆ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು; ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ತರುವದಕ್ಕಿರುವ ಕಾನಾನ್‌ದೇಶದ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳಂತೆ ನೀವು ಮಾಡಬಾರದು ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ನೀವು ಅವರ ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗನುಸಾರವೂ ನಡೆ ಯಬಾರದು.

4 Mine ordinances shall ye do and my statutes shall ye observe to walk therein: I am Jehovah your God.ನೀವು ನನ್ನ ನಿರ್ಣಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಂಡು ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಕಟ್ಟಳೆಗಳಂತೆ ನಡೆಯಬೇಕು; ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾಗಿರುವ ಕರ್ತನು ನಾನೇ.

5 And ye shall observe my statutes and my judgments, by which the man that doeth them shall live: I am Jehovah.ಆದದರಿಂದ ನೀವು ನನ್ನ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನೂ ನಿರ್ಣಯಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ. ಒಬ್ಬನು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಅವನು ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜೀವಿಸುವನು; ನಾನೇ ಕರ್ತನು.

6 No one shall approach to any that is his near relation, to uncover his nakedness: I am Jehovah.ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ತನ್ನ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಯ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆತನವನ್ನು ಬಯಲು ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಳ ಸವಿಾಪಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಬಾರದು; ನಾನೇ ಕರ್ತನು.

7 The nakedness of thy father, and the nakedness of thy mother, shalt thou not uncover: she is thy mother: thou shalt not uncover her nakedness.ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆತಾಯಿಯ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆತನವನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ನೀನು ಕಾಣಿಸು ವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು; ಆಕೆಯು ನಿನ್ನ ತಾಯಿಯಾಗಿ ದ್ದಾಳೆ; ನೀನು ಅವಳ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆತನವನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು.

8 The nakedness of thy father's wife shalt thou not uncover: it is thy father's nakedness.ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆ ತನವನ್ನು ನೀನು ಕಾಣುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು; ಅದು ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆತನ.

9 The nakedness of thy sister, the daughter of thy father, or daughter of thy mother, born at home, or born abroad -- their nakedness shalt thou not uncover.ನಿನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರಿಯ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಮಗಳ, ಅಂದರೆ ಅವಳು ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದವಳಾಗಿರಲಿ ಹೊರಗೆ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ವಳಾಗಿರಲಿ ಅವರ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆತನವನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವಂತೆ ನೀನು ಮಾಡಬಾರದು.

10 The nakedness of thy son's daughter, or of thy daughter's daughter -- their nakedness shalt thou not uncover; for theirs is thy nakedness.ನಿನ್ನ ಮಗನ ಮಗಳ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಮಗಳ ಮಗಳ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆತನವನ್ನು ನೀನು ಕಾಣುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು.

11 The nakedness of thy father's wife's daughter, begotten of thy father: she is thy sister: thou shalt not uncover her nakedness.ಅವನ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆತನವು ನಿನ್ನ ಸ್ವಂತ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆತನವಾಗಿದೆ. ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಗೆ ಹುಟ್ಟಿ ದಂಥ ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಮಗಳು ನಿನಗೆ ಸಹೋದರಿ ಯಾಗಿರುವದರಿಂದ ನೀನು ಅವಳ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆತನವನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು.

12 The nakedness of thy father's sister shalt thou not uncover: she is thy father's near relation.ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಸಹೋದರಿಯ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆತನವನ್ನು ನೀನು ಕಾಣುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು; ಅವಳು ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಗೆ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಸಂಬಂಧಿ ಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾಳೆ.

13 The nakedness of thy mother's sister shalt thou not uncover; for she is thy mother's near relation.ನಿನ್ನ ತಾಯಿಯ ಸಹೋದರಿಯ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆತನವನ್ನು ನೀನು ಕಾಣುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು; ಅವಳು ನಿನ್ನ ತಾಯಿಗೆ ಹತ್ತಿರದ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಯಾಗಿ ದ್ದಾಳೆ.

14 The nakedness of thy father's brother shalt thou not uncover; thou shalt not approach his wife: she is thine aunt.ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಸಹೋದರನ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆತನವನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು. ನೀನು ಅವನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಬಾರದು; ಅವಳು ನಿನಗೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ತಾಯಿ (ಚಿಕ್ಕತಾಯಿ).

15 The nakedness of thy daughter-in-law shalt thou not uncover: she is thy son's wife; thou shalt not uncover her nakedness.ನಿನ್ನ ಸೊಸೆಯ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆತನವನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು; ಅವಳು ನಿನ್ನ ಮಗನ ಹೆಂಡತಿ; ನೀನು ಅವಳ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆತನವನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು.

16 The nakedness of thy brother's wife shalt thou not uncover: it is thy brother's nakedness.ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ಸಹೋ ದರನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆತನವನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡ ಬಾರದು; ಅದು ನಿನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರನ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆತನ.

17 The nakedness of a woman and her daughter shalt thou not uncover; thou shalt not take her son's daughter, nor her daughter's daughter, to uncover her nakedness: they are her near relations: it is wickedness.ನೀನು ಒಬ್ಬ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯ ಮತ್ತು ಅವಳ ಮಗಳ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆ ತನವನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಅವಳ ಮಗನ ಮಗಳ ಅಥವಾ ಮಗಳ ಮಗಳ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆತನ ವನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು. ಅವರು ಅವಳ ಹತ್ತಿರದ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅದು ದುಷ್ಟತನ ವಾಗಿದೆ.

18 And thou shalt not take a wife to her sister, to vex her, to uncover her nakedness beside her, during her life.ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಅವಳಿಗೆ ವೈರಿಯಾಗುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವಳ ಸಹೋದರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೆಂಡತಿಯಾಗಿ ತೆಗೆದು ಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಡ. ಒಬ್ಬಳು ಜೀವದಿಂದ ಇರುವಾಗ ಮತ್ತೊ ಬ್ಬಳ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆತನವನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಡ.

19 And thou shalt not approach a woman in the separation of her uncleanness to uncover her nakedness.ಇದು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ ಒಬ್ಬಳು ತನ್ನ ಅಶುದ್ಧತ್ವದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಾಗ ನೀನು ಆ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆತನವನ್ನು ನೋಡುವಂತೆ ಅವಳ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಹೋಗ ಬೇಡ.

20 And thou shalt not lie carnally with thy neighbour's wife, to become unclean with her.ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವಳಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಹೊಲೆಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳದಂತೆ ನಿನ್ನ ನೆರೆಯವನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ನೀನು ಸಂಗಮಿಸಬೇಡ.

21 And thou shalt not give of thy seed to let them pass through [the fire] to Molech, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am Jehovah.ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಅಶುದ್ಧಪಡಿಸುವಂತೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂತಾನವನ್ನು ಮೋಲೆಕನಿಗೆ ಬೆಂಕಿಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಬಾರದು; ನಾನೇ ಕರ್ತನು.

22 And thou shalt not lie with mankind as one lieth with a woman: it is an abomination.ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಲಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಪುರು ಷನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಲಗಬಾರದು; ಅದು ಅಸಹ್ಯವಾದದ್ದು.

23 And thou shalt lie with no beast to become unclean therewith; and a woman shall not stand before a beast to lie down with it: it is confusion.ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಪಶುವಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ನೀನು ಮಲಗಿ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಹೊಲೆಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಾರದು; ಯಾವ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯೂ ಅದರಿಂದ ಸಂಗಮಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಪಶುವಿನ ಮುಂದೆ ನಿಲ್ಲಬಾರದು; ಅದು ಗಲಿಬಿಲಿಯಾದದ್ದು.

24 Make not yourselves unclean in any of these things; for in all these have the nations which I am casting out before you made themselves unclean.ನೀವು ಈ ಯಾವ ವಿಷಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಹೊಲೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಾರದು. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದೆ ನಾನು ಹೊರಡಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳು ಇವೆಲ್ಲವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಲೆಯಾಗಿವೆ.

25 And the land hath become unclean; and I visit the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land vomiteth out its inhabitants.ದೇಶವೂ ಹೊಲೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದದರಿಂದ ಅದರ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ಅಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಾನು ದಂಡಿಸುವೆನು, ಆಗ ದೇಶವು ತಾನೇ ತನ್ನೊಳಗಿನ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾರಿಬಿಡುವದು.

26 But *ye* shall observe my statutes and my judgments, and shall not commit any of all these abominations: the home-born, and the stranger that sojourneth among you;ಆದದರಿಂದ ನೀವು ನನ್ನ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಣಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದವರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವನೇ ಆಗಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ನಿಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಪರಕೀಯನಾಗಲಿ ಈ ಅಸಹ್ಯವಾದವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದನ್ನಾದರೂ ಮಾಡ ಬಾರದು.

27 (for all these abominations have the men of the land done, who were before you, and the land hath been made unclean);(ನಿಮ್ಮೆದುರಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಆ ದೇಶದವರು ಈ ಎಲ್ಲ ಅಸಹ್ಯವಾದವುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರು, ಮತ್ತು ದೇಶವೂ ಹೊಲೆಯಾಯಿತು;)

28 that the land vomit you not out, when ye make it unclean, as it vomited out the nation that was before you.ನೀವೂ ಅದನ್ನು ಅಶುದ್ಧಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಅದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದಿದ್ದ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳವರನ್ನು ಕಾರಿದಂತೆ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನೂ ಕಾರುವದು.

29 For whoever committeth any of these abominations, ... the souls that commit them shall be cut off from among their people.ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ಈ ಅಸಹ್ಯವಾದವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವ ದನ್ನಾದರೂ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವ ಮನುಷ್ಯರನ್ನು ಅವರ ಜನರ ಮಧ್ಯದೊಳಗಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕುವೆನು.

30 And ye shall observe my charge, that ye commit not [any] of the abominable customs which were committed before you; and ye shall not make yourselves unclean therein: I am Jehovah your God.ಆದದರಿಂದ ನಿಮಗಿಂತ ಮೊದಲಿನವರು ಮಾಡಿದಂತೆ ಅಸಹ್ಯವಾದ ಆಚರಣೆ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದನ್ನಾದರೂ ನೀವು ಮಾಡದಂತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಹೊಲೆಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳದಂತೆ ನೀವು ನನ್ನ ಕಟ್ಟಳೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು; ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾಗಿರುವ ಕರ್ತನು ನಾನೇ.
