    inhabitants
    da-KA-roo
    וְסָפְד֣וּ
    Jerusalem,
    veh-sofe-DOO
    עָלָ֗יו
    of
    ah-LAV
    כְּמִסְפֵּד֙
    spirit
    keh-mees-PADE
    עַל
    the
    al
    הַיָּחִ֔יד
    grace
    ha-ya-HEED
    וְהָמֵ֥ר

    עָלָ֖יו
