ಮತ್ತಾಯನು 1:20
ಅವನು ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಆಲೋಚನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗ ಇಗೋ, ಕರ್ತನ ದೂತನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಕನಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡು-- ಯೋಸೇಫನೇ, ದಾವೀದನ ಕುಮಾರನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯಾದ ಮರಿಯಳನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳು ವದಕ್ಕೆ ಭಯಪಡಬೇಡ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಆಕೆಯ ಗರ್ಭವು ಪವಿತ್ರಾತ್ಮನಿಂದಲೇ ಆಗಿದೆ.
