ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ದೇವರಾದ ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಯೆಹೂದ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅದರ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನಾನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಸೆರೆಯಿಂದ ತಿರುಗಿ ತರುವಾಗ ನೀತಿಯ ನಿವಾಸವೇ, ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಪರ್ವತವೇ, ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಲಿ ಎಂದು ಇನ್ನೂ ಹೇಳುವರು.
