ಯೆರೆವಿಾಯನು ತಾನು ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿ ದ್ದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಹೇಳಿ ತೀರಿಸಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಯಾಜಕರೂ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳೂ ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಅವನನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು--ನೀನು ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಸಾಯಬೇಕು ಅಂದರು.
