וְאַתָּ֗ה thou veh-ah-TA אַל not al תִּתְפַּלֵּל֙ Therefore teet-pa-LALE בְּעַד pray beh-AD הָעָ֣ם for ha-AM הַזֶּ֔ה people, ha-ZEH וְאַל this veh-AL תִּשָּׂ֥א neither tee-SA בַעֲדָ֖ם lift va-uh-DAHM רִנָּ֣ה up ree-NA וּתְפִלָּ֑ה for oo-teh-fee-LA כִּ֣י׀ them: kee אֵינֶ֣נִּי cry ay-NEH-nee שֹׁמֵ֗עַ a shoh-MAY-ah בְּעֵ֛ת or beh-ATE קָרְאָ֥ם prayer kore-AM אֵלַ֖י for ay-LAI בְּעַ֥ד I beh-AD רָעָתָֽם׃ will ra-ah-TAHM
