ಹೆಂಡತಿಯನ್ನು ನಿಶ್ಚಯಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನು ಅವಳನ್ನು ಮದುವೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು; ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿದರೆ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಮಾಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೇತೋಟವನ್ನು ನೆಟ್ಟರೆ ಅದರ ಫಲವನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲ.
