ನಾಲ್ಕನೇ ತಿಂಗಳಿನ ಒಂಭತ್ತನೇ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರವು ಬಲವಾದದರಿಂದ ದೇಶದ ಜನರಿಗೆ ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಹೋಯಿತು.
