1 ಅರಸುಗಳು 3:27
ಆಗ ಅರಸನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿಬದುಕಿರುವ ಕೂಸನ್ನು ಇವಳಿಗೆ ಕೊಡಿರಿ; ಕೊಲ್ಲ ಬೇಡಿರಿ; ಇವಳೇ ಅದರ ತಾಯಿ ಅಂದನು.

Then the king	וַיַּ֨עַן	wayyaʿan	va-YA-an
answered	הַמֶּ֜לֶךְ	hammelek	ha-MEH-lek
said, and	וַיֹּ֗אמֶר	wayyōʾmer	va-YOH-mer
Give	תְּנוּ	tĕnû	teh-NOO
her	לָהּ֙	lāh	la
the living	אֶת	ʾet	et
child,	הַיָּל֣וּד	hayyālûd	ha-ya-LOOD
and in no	הַחַ֔י	haḥay	ha-HAI
wise	וְהָמֵ֖ת	wĕhāmēt	veh-ha-MATE
slay	לֹ֣א	lōʾ	loh
she it:	תְמִיתֻ֑הוּ	tĕmîtuhû	teh-mee-TOO-hoo
is the mother	הִ֖יא	hîʾ	hee
thereof.	אִמּֽוֹ׃	ʾimmô	ee-moh
