וַיַּֽעַזְב֞וּ And va-ya-az-VOO אֶת forsook et יְהוָ֣ה׀ they yeh-VA אֱלֹהֵ֣י ay-loh-HAY אֲבוֹתָ֗ם the uh-voh-TAHM הַמּוֹצִ֣יא Lord ha-moh-TSEE אוֹתָם֮ God oh-TAHM מֵאֶ֣רֶץ of may-EH-rets מִצְרַיִם֒ their meets-ra-YEEM וַיֵּֽלְכ֞וּ fathers, va-yay-leh-HOO אַֽחֲרֵ֣י׀ out ah-huh-RAY אֱלֹהִ֣ים brought ay-loh-HEEM אֲחֵרִ֗ים them uh-hay-REEM מֵֽאֱלֹהֵ֤י which may-ay-loh-HAY הָֽעַמִּים֙ ha-ah-MEEM אֲשֶׁר֙ of uh-SHER סְבִיב֣וֹתֵיהֶ֔ם the seh-vee-VOH-tay-HEM וַיִּֽשְׁתַּחֲו֖וּ land va-yee-sheh-ta-huh-VOO לָהֶ֑ם Egypt, la-HEM וַיַּכְעִ֖סוּ of va-yahk-EE-soo אֶת and et יְהוָֽה׃ followed yeh-VA
