Judges 14:9
ಅದನ್ನು ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಕೈಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ತಿನ್ನುತ್ತಾ ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆ ತಾಯಿಗಳ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೂ ಕೊಟ್ಟನು; ಅವರೂ ತಿಂದರು. ಆದರೆ ಸಿಂಹದ ಹೆಣದಲ್ಲಿ ತಾನು ಜೇನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡೆನೆಂದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ.

| his father | אָבִ֣יו | ʾābîw | ah-VEEOO |
| mother, and | וְאֶל | wĕʾel | veh-EL |
| and he gave | אִמּ֔וֹ | ʾimmô | EE-moh |
| eat: did they and them, | וַיִּתֵּ֥ן | wayyittēn | va-yee-TANE |
| but he told | לָהֶ֖ם | lāhem | la-HEM |
| not | וַיֹּאכֵ֑לוּ | wayyōʾkēlû | va-yoh-HAY-loo |
| them that | וְלֹֽא | wĕlōʾ | veh-LOH |
| taken had he | הִגִּ֣יד | higgîd | hee-ɡEED |
