John 7
1 ಇವುಗಳಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಯೇಸು ಗಲಿಲಾ ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಚಾರ ಮಾಡಿದನು; ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರು ಆತನನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಹುಡುಕುತ್ತಿ ದ್ದದರಿಂದ ಯೂದಾಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಚರಿಸಲು ಆತನಿಗೆ ಮನಸ್ಸಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
2 ಆಗ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರ ಗುಡಾರಗಳ ಹಬ್ಬವು ಹತ್ತಿರವಾಗಿತ್ತು.
3 ಆದದರಿಂದ ಆತನ ಸಹೋದರರು ಆತನಿಗೆ--ನೀನು ಮಾಡುವ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಶಿಷ್ಯರು ಸಹ ನೋಡುವಂತೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಹೊರಟು ಯೂದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗು;
4 ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ತಾನು ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಬರಬೇಕೆಂದಿರುವ ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ರಹಸ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಯಾವದನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ನೀನು ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವದಾದರೆ ಲೋಕಕ್ಕೆ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನೀನೇ ತೋರ್ಪಡಿಸಿಕೋ ಅಂದರು.
5 ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಆತನ ಸಹೋದರರು ಸಹ ಆತನ ಮೇಲೆ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇಟ್ಟಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
6 ತರುವಾಯ ಯೇಸು ಅವರಿಗೆ-- ನನ್ನ ಸಮಯವು ಇನ್ನೂ ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ; ಆದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಮಯವು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ.
7 ಲೋಕವು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಹಗೆಮಾಡಲಾರದು; ಆದರೆ ಅದರ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳು ಕೆಟ್ಟವುಗಳಾಗಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಅದರ ವಿಷಯ ದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಹೇಳುವದರಿಂದ ಅದು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಗೆಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ.
8 ನೀವು ಈ ಹಬ್ಬಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿರಿ; ನಾನು ಈ ಹಬ್ಬಕ್ಕೆ ಈಗಲೇ ಹೋಗುವದಿಲ್ಲ, ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಸಮಯವು ಇನ್ನೂ ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಬರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದನು.
9 ಆತನು ಈ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಗಲಿಲಾಯ ದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಉಳಿದನು.
10 ಆದರೆ ಆತನ ಸಹೋದರರು ಹೋದಮೇಲೆ ಆತನು ಸಹ ಹಬ್ಬಕ್ಕೆ ಬಹಿರಂಗವಾಗಿ ಹೋಗದೆ ಗುಪ್ತವಾಗಿ ಹೋದನು.
11 ಆಗ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರು ಆ ಹಬ್ಬದಲ್ಲಿ ಆತನನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಿ--ಆತನು ಎಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಅಂದರು.
12 ಆ ಜನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆತನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಬಹಳ ಗುಣುಗುಟ್ಟುವಿಕೆ ಇತ್ತು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಕೆಲವರು--ಆತನು ಒಬ್ಬ ಒಳ್ಳೇ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಅಂದರು; ಬೇರೆ ಕೆಲವರು--ಅಲ್ಲ; ಆತನು ಜನರನ್ನು ಮೋಸ ಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ ಎಂದು ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
13 ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರ ಭಯದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಆತನ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರೂ ಬಹಿರಂಗವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ.
1 After these things Jesus walked in Galilee: for he would not walk in Jewry, because the Jews sought to kill him.
2 Now the Jews’ feast of tabernacles was at hand.
3 His brethren therefore said unto him, Depart hence, and go into Judaea, that thy disciples also may see the works that thou doest.
4 For there is no man that doeth any thing in secret, and he himself seeketh to be known openly. If thou do these things, shew thyself to the world.
5 For neither did his brethren believe in him.
6 Then Jesus said unto them, My time is not yet come: but your time is alway ready.
7 The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.
8 Go ye up unto this feast: I go not up yet unto this feast; for my time is not yet full come.
9 When he had said these words unto them, he abode still in Galilee.
10 But when his brethren were gone up, then went he also up unto the feast, not openly, but as it were in secret.
11 Then the Jews sought him at the feast, and said, Where is he?
12 And there was much murmuring among the people concerning him: for some said, He is a good man: others said, Nay; but he deceiveth the people.
13 Howbeit no man spake openly of him for fear of the Jews.
John 7 in Tamil and English
1 ಇವುಗಳಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಯೇಸು ಗಲಿಲಾ ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಚಾರ ಮಾಡಿದನು; ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರು ಆತನನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಹುಡುಕುತ್ತಿ ದ್ದದರಿಂದ ಯೂದಾಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಚರಿಸಲು ಆತನಿಗೆ ಮನಸ್ಸಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.

3 ಆದದರಿಂದ ಆತನ ಸಹೋದರರು ಆತನಿಗೆ--ನೀನು ಮಾಡುವ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಶಿಷ್ಯರು ಸಹ ನೋಡುವಂತೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಹೊರಟು ಯೂದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗು;

4 ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ತಾನು ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಬರಬೇಕೆಂದಿರುವ ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ರಹಸ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಯಾವದನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ನೀನು ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವದಾದರೆ ಲೋಕಕ್ಕೆ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನೀನೇ ತೋರ್ಪಡಿಸಿಕೋ ಅಂದರು.
For there is no man that doeth any thing in secret, and he himself seeketh to be known openly. If thou do these things, shew thyself to the world.
5 ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಆತನ ಸಹೋದರರು ಸಹ ಆತನ ಮೇಲೆ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇಟ್ಟಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
For neither did his brethren believe in him.
6 ತರುವಾಯ ಯೇಸು ಅವರಿಗೆ-- ನನ್ನ ಸಮಯವು ಇನ್ನೂ ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ; ಆದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಮಯವು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ.
Then Jesus said unto them, My time is not yet come: but your time is alway ready.
7 ಲೋಕವು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಹಗೆಮಾಡಲಾರದು; ಆದರೆ ಅದರ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳು ಕೆಟ್ಟವುಗಳಾಗಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಅದರ ವಿಷಯ ದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಹೇಳುವದರಿಂದ ಅದು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಗೆಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ.
The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.
8 ನೀವು ಈ ಹಬ್ಬಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿರಿ; ನಾನು ಈ ಹಬ್ಬಕ್ಕೆ ಈಗಲೇ ಹೋಗುವದಿಲ್ಲ, ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಸಮಯವು ಇನ್ನೂ ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಬರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದನು.
Go ye up unto this feast: I go not up yet unto this feast; for my time is not yet full come.
9 ಆತನು ಈ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಗಲಿಲಾಯ ದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಉಳಿದನು.
When he had said these words unto them, he abode still in Galilee.
10 ಆದರೆ ಆತನ ಸಹೋದರರು ಹೋದಮೇಲೆ ಆತನು ಸಹ ಹಬ್ಬಕ್ಕೆ ಬಹಿರಂಗವಾಗಿ ಹೋಗದೆ ಗುಪ್ತವಾಗಿ ಹೋದನು.
But when his brethren were gone up, then went he also up unto the feast, not openly, but as it were in secret.
11 ಆಗ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರು ಆ ಹಬ್ಬದಲ್ಲಿ ಆತನನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಿ--ಆತನು ಎಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಅಂದರು.
Then the Jews sought him at the feast, and said, Where is he?
12 ಆ ಜನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆತನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಬಹಳ ಗುಣುಗುಟ್ಟುವಿಕೆ ಇತ್ತು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಕೆಲವರು--ಆತನು ಒಬ್ಬ ಒಳ್ಳೇ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಅಂದರು; ಬೇರೆ ಕೆಲವರು--ಅಲ್ಲ; ಆತನು ಜನರನ್ನು ಮೋಸ ಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ ಎಂದು ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
And there was much murmuring among the people concerning him: for some said, He is a good man: others said, Nay; but he deceiveth the people.
13 ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರ ಭಯದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಆತನ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರೂ ಬಹಿರಂಗವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ.
Howbeit no man spake openly of him for fear of the Jews.
