John 14:1-14 in Kannada

1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.

2 In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

4 And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.

5 Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way?

6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.

8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us.

9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?

10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.

11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake.

12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

1 1 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯವು ಕಳವಳಗೊಳ್ಳದೆ ಇರಲಿ; ನೀವು ದೇವರನ್ನು ನಂಬಿರಿ, ನನ್ನನ್ನೂ ನಂಬಿರಿ.
Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.

2 ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹಳ ಭವನ ಗಳಿವೆ; ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆನು, ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗು ತ್ತೇನಲ್ಲಾ.

3 ನಾನು ಹೋಗಿ ನಿಮಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡಿ ತಿರಿಗಿ ಬಂದು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು; ಆಗ ನಾನಿರುವಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವು ಸಹ ಇರುವಿರಿ.
And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

4 ನಾನು ಎಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತೇನೆಂಬದು ನಿಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿದದೆ; ಮಾರ್ಗವೂ ನಿಮಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿದೆ ಅಂದನು.
And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.

5 ತೋಮನು ಆತನಿಗೆ--ಕರ್ತನೇ, ನೀನು ಎಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತೀಯೋ ನಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯದು; ನಮಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗವು ಹೇಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಾದೀತು ಅಂದನು.
Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way?

6 ಯೇಸು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ನಾನೇ ಮಾರ್ಗವೂ ಸತ್ಯವೂ ಜೀವವೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ನನ್ನ ಮೂಲಕವಾಗಿ ಹೊರತು ಯಾರೂ ತಂದೆಯ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬರುವದಿಲ್ಲ.
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

7 ನೀವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದಿದ್ದರೆ ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯನ್ನು ಸಹ ತಿಳಿದವರಾಗಿ ರುತ್ತಿದ್ದಿರಿ; ಈಗಿನಿಂದ ನೀವು ಆತನನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದಿದ್ದೀರಿ; ಆತನನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದವರಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

8 ಫಿಲಿಪ್ಪನು ಆತನಿಗೆ--ಕರ್ತನೇ, ತಂದೆಯನ್ನು ನಮಗೆ ತೋರಿಸು, ನಮಗೆ ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಸಾಕು ಅಂದನು.
Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us.

9 ಯೇಸು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಫಿಲಿಪ್ಪನೇ, ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಂಗಡ ಇಷ್ಟು ಕಾಲ ಇದ್ದರೂ ನೀನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಯಲಿಲ್ಲವೋ? ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದವನು ತಂದೆಯನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ತಂದೆಯನ್ನು ನಮಗೆ ತೋರಿಸು ಎಂದು ನೀನು ಹೇಳುವದು ಹೇಗೆ?
Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?

10 ನಾನು ತಂದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದೇನೆ ಮತ್ತು ತಂದೆಯು ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂದು ನೀನು ನಂಬುವದಿಲ್ಲವೋ? ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳುವ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ನನ್ನಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನೇ ಮಾತನಾಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಆದರೆ ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ತಂದೆಯೇ ಆ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.
Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.

11 ನಾನು ತಂದೆ ಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದೇನೆಂತಲೂ ತಂದೆಯು ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾನೆಂತಲೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನಂಬಿರಿ. ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಆ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವಾದರೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನಂಬಿರಿ.
Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake.

12 ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ನಿಜನಿಜವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ--ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನಂಬುವವನು ನಾನು ಮಾಡುವ ಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹ ಮಾಡುವನು; ಇವುಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಮಹತ್ತಾದ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅವನು ಮಾಡುವನು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತೇನೆ.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

13 ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವು ಏನೇನು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿರೋ ಅದನ್ನು ನಾನು ಮಾಡುವೆನು. ಹೀಗೆ ಮಗನಲ್ಲಿ ತಂದೆಯು ಮಹಿಮೆ ಹೊಂದುವನು.
And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

14 ನೀವು ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಏನಾದರೂ ಕೇಳಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ನಾನು ಅದನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವೆನು.
If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
