Jeremiah 3 - BBE (Kannada)

1 They say, If a man puts away his wife and she goes from him and becomes another man's, will he go back to her again? will not that land have been made unclean? but though you have been acting like a loose woman with a number of lovers, will you now come back to me? says the Lord.ಒಬ್ಬನು ತನ್ನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಟ್ಟಾಗ ಅವಳು ಅವನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೋಗಿ ಬೇರೆಯವನವಳಾದರೆ ಅವನು ಇನ್ನು ಅವಳ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಹಿಂತಿರುಗುವನೋ? ಆ ದೇಶವು ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಅಪವಿತ್ರವಾಗುವದಿಲ್ಲವೋ? ನೀನು ಅನೇಕ ಮಿಂಡರ ಸಂಗಡ ಸೂಳೆತನ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀ; ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಕೋ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ.

2 Let your eyes be lifted up to the open hilltops, and see; where have you not been taken by your lovers? You have been seated waiting for them by the wayside like an Arabian in the waste land; you have made the land unclean with your loose ways and your evil-doing.ನಿನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ಉನ್ನತ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳ ಮೇಲೆತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು ಎಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಲಗಲಿಲ್ಲವೋ ನೋಡು. ಅರಣ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಬಿಯನ ಹಾಗೆ ದಾರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಕೂತುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೀ; ಹೀಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಸೂಳೆತನಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಕೆಟ್ಟತನಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಅಪವಿತ್ರ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀ.

3 So the showers have been kept back, and there has been no spring rain; still your brow is the brow of a loose woman, you will not let yourself be shamed.ಆದದರಿಂದ ಮಳೆ ನಿಂತು ಹೋಯಿತು, ಹಿಂಗಾರೂ ಆಗಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಸೂಳೆಯ ಹಣೆ ನಿನಗಿತ್ತು; ನಾಚುವದನ್ನು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿದಿ.

4 Will you not, from this time, make your prayer to me, crying, My father, you are the friend of my early years?ಈಗಿನಿಂದಲೇ ನನಗೆ --ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯೇ, ನನ್ನ ಯೌವನದ ಮಾರ್ಗ ದರ್ಶಕನು ನೀನೇ ಎಂದು ನೀನು ಕೂಗುವದಿಲ್ಲವೋ?

5 Will he be angry for ever? will he keep his wrath to the end? These things you have said, and have done evil and have had your way.ಆತನು ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ತನ್ನ ಕೋಪವನ್ನು ಕಾದಿರಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡಿರುವನೋ? ಇಗೋ, ನೀನು ಅಪೇಕ್ಷಿಸಿದ ಹಾಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದೀ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಟ್ಟವುಗಳನ್ನು ನಡಿಸಿದ್ದೀ.

6 And the Lord said to me in the days of Josiah the king, Have you seen what Israel, turning away from me, has done? She has gone up on every high mountain and under every branching tree, acting like a loose woman there.ಕರ್ತನು ಅರಸನಾದ ಯೋಷೀಯನ ದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿದ ಇಸ್ರಾ ಯೇಲು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದನ್ನು ನೀನು ನೋಡಿದ್ದಿಯೋ? ಅವಳು ಒಂದೊಂದು ಎತ್ತರವಾದ ಬೆಟ್ಟದ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಒಂದೊಂದು ಹಸುರಾದ ಮರದ ಕೆಳಗೂ ಹೋಗಿ ಸೂಳೆತನ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾಳೆ.

7 And I said, After she has done all these things she will come back to me; but she did not. And her false sister Judah saw it.ಅವಳು ಇವುಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾಡಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಾನು--ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಕೋ ಅಂದೆನು; ಆದರೆ ಅವಳು ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಅವಳ ವಂಚನೆಯುಳ್ಳ ಸಹೋದರಿಯಾದ ಯೆಹೂದಳು ಅದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದಳು.

8 And though she saw that, because Israel, turning away from me, had been untrue to me, I had put her away and given her a statement in writing ending the relation between us, still Judah, her false sister, had no fear, but went and did the same.ಆಗ ನಾನು ನೋಡಿದ್ದೇ ನಂದರೆ, ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲು ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರ ಮಾಡಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾರಣಗಳ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ನಾನು ಅವಳನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಟ್ಟು ತ್ಯಾಗಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾಗ್ಯೂ ವಂಚನೆ ಯುಳ್ಳ ಅವಳ ಸಹೋದರಿಯಾದ ಯೆಹೂದಳು ಭಯಪಡದೆ ತಾನು ಕೂಡ ಹೋಗಿ ಸೂಳೆತನವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದಳು.

9 So that through all her loose behaviour the land became unclean, and she was untrue, giving herself to stones and trees.ಅವಳ ಸೂಳೆತನದ ಸುದ್ದಿಯಿಂದ ಅವಳು ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಅಪವಿತ್ರ ಮಾಡಿ ಕಲ್ಲುಗಳ ಸಂಗ ಡಲೂ ಮರಗಳ ಸಂಗಡಲೂ ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರ ಮಾಡಿದಳು.

10 But for all this, her false sister Judah has not come back to me with all her heart, but with deceit, says the Lord.ಇದೆಲ್ಲಾ ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ವಂಚನೆಯುಳ್ಳ ಅವಳ ಸಹೋ ದರಿಯಾದ ಯೆಹೂದಳು ಪೂರ್ಣ ಹೃದಯದಿಂದಲ್ಲ, ಕಪಟದಿಂದಲೇ ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾಳೆ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ.

11 And the Lord said to me, Israel in her turning away is seen to be more upright than false Judah.ಕರ್ತನು ನನಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇ ನಂದರೆ--ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲು ವಂಚನೆಯುಳ್ಳ ಯೆಹೂದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ತನ್ನನ್ನು ನೀತಿವಂತಳನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾಳೆ.

12 Go, and give out these words to the north, and say, Come back, O Israel, though you have been turned away from me, says the Lord; my face will not be against you in wrath: for I am full of mercy, says the Lord, I will not be angry for ever.ನೀನು ಹೋಗಿ ಉತ್ತರ ದಿಕ್ಕಿಗೆ ಈ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾರು; ಯಾವವಂದರೆ--ಹಿಂದಿ ರುಗಿದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲೇ, ತಿರುಗಿಕೋ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ. ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಕೋಪವನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಬೀಳ ಮಾಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ನಾನು ದಯಾಪರನು ಎಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ, ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ಕೋಪವಿಟ್ಟು ಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

13 Only be conscious of your sin, the evil you have done against the Lord your God; you have gone with strange men under every branching tree, giving no attention to my voice, says the Lord.ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧ ವಾಗಿ ದ್ರೋಹಮಾಡಿ ಒಂದೊಂದು ಹಸಿರು ಮರದ ಕೆಳಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ಅನ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಚದರಿಸಿ ನನ್ನ ಶಬ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡಲಿಲ್ಲವೆಂಬ ನಿನ್ನ ಅಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಅರಿಕೆಮಾಡೆಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ.

14 Come back, O children who are turned away, says the Lord; for I am a husband to you, and I will take you, one from a town and two from a family, and will make you come to Zion;ಹಿಂಜರಿದ ಮಕ್ಕಳೇ, ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರೆಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ; ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಮದುವೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಪಟ್ಟಣದೊಳಗಿಂದ ಒಬ್ಬನಂತೆಯೂ ಗೋತ್ರ ದೊಳಗಿಂದ ಇಬ್ಬರಂತೆಯೂ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಚೀಯೋನಿಗೆ ಕರಕೊಂಡು ಬರುವೆನು.

15 And I will give you keepers, pleasing to my heart, who will give you your food with knowledge and wisdom.ನನ್ನ ಹೃದ ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾದ ಪಾಲಕರನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಕೊಡುವೆನು; ಅವರು ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯಿಂದಲೂ ಬುದ್ಧಿಯಿಂದಲೂ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಪೋಷಿಸುವರು.

16 And it will come about, when your numbers are increased in the land, in those days, says the Lord, that they will no longer say, The ark of the agreement of the Lord: it will not come into their minds, they will not have any memory of it, or be conscious of the loss of it, and it will not be made again.ನೀವು ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಿ ವೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗಿ ಫಲವುಳ್ಳವರಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆ ದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ --ಕರ್ತನ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯ ಮಂಜೂ ಷವು ಎಂದು ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ಅವರು ಹೇಳುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಅದು ಮನಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಬರುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಅದು ಜ್ಞಾಪಕಕ್ಕೆ ಬಾರದು; ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ವಿಚಾರಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ಮಾಡಲ್ಪಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಅನ್ನು ತ್ತಾನೆ.

17 At that time Jerusalem will be named the seat of the Lord's kingdom; and all the nations will come together to it, to the name of the Lord, to Jerusalem: and no longer will their steps be guided by the purposes of their evil hearts.ಆ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮು ಕರ್ತನ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನವೆಂದು ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪಡುವದು; ಜನಾಂಗಗ ಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅದರ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕರ್ತನ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನೊಳಗೆ ಕೂಡಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವವು; ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಹೃದಯದ ಕಲ್ಪನೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಡಕೊಳ್ಳರು.

18 In those days the family of Judah will go with the family of Israel, and they will come together out of the land of the north into the land which I gave for a heritage to your fathers.ಆ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆಹೂದದ ಮನೆ ತನವು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮನೆಯ ಸಂಗಡ ಹೋಗು ವದು; ಅವರು ಏಕವಾಗಿ ಉತ್ತರ ದೇಶದಿಂದ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವರು.

19 But I said, How am I to put you among the children, and give you a desired land, a heritage of glory among the armies of the nations? and I said, You are to say to me, My father; and not be turned away from me.ಆದರೆ ನಾನು--ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಳಗೆ ಇಟ್ಟು ಮನೋಹರವಾದ ದೇಶವನ್ನೂ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳವರ ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ರಮ್ಯವಾದ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯವನ್ನೂ ನಿನಗೆ ಕೊಡು ವದು ಹೇಗೆಂದು ನಾನು ಅಂದುಕೊಂಡೆನು; ನಾನು --ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯೇ, ನೀನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕರೆದು, ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ತಿರುಗುವದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಅಂದುಕೊಂಡೆನು.

20 Truly, as a wife is false to her husband, so have you been false to me, O Israel, says the Lord.ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯು ತನ್ನ ಗಂಡನನ್ನು ವಂಚಿಸಿ ಬಿಡುವ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಓ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮನೆತನದವರೇ, ನನಗೆ ವಂಚನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀರಿ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ.

21 A voice is sounding on the open hilltops, the weeping and the prayers of the children of Israel; because their way is twisted, they have not kept the Lord their God in mind.ಉನ್ನತ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಸ್ವರವು ಕೇಳಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿತು, ಅವು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಅಳುವಿಕೆಯ ಬೇಡಿ ಕೆಗಳೇ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಡೊಂಕು ಮಾಡಿ ತಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ಮರೆತುಬಿಟ್ಟಿ ದ್ದರು.

22 Come back, you children who have been turned away, and I will take away your desire for wandering. See, we have come to you, for you are the Lord our God.ಹಿಂಜರಿದ ಮಕ್ಕಳೇ, ನೀವು ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹಿಂಜರಿಯುವಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನಾನು ಸ್ವಸ್ಥಮಾಡುವೆನು ಎಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಇಗೋ, ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತೇವೆ; ನೀನು ದೇವರಾದ ನಮ್ಮ ಕರ್ತನಾಗಿದ್ದೀ.

23 Truly, the hills, and the noise of an army on the mountains, are a false hope: truly, in the Lord our God is the salvation of Israel.ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಗುಡ್ಡಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ಬೆಟ್ಟಗಳ ಸಮೂ ಹದಿಂದಲೂ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಾಗಿದೆ; ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯು ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಇದೆ.

24 But the Baal has taken all the work of our fathers from our earliest days; their flocks and their herds, their sons and their daughters.ನಾಚಿಕೆಯಾದದ್ದು ನಮ್ಮ ಯೌವನದಾರಭ್ಯ ನಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆಗಳ ಕಷ್ಟವನ್ನೂ ಅವರ ಕುರಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ದನಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕುಮಾರರನ್ನೂ, ಕುಮಾ ರ್ತೆಯರನ್ನೂ ತಿಂದುಬಿಟ್ಟಿದೆ.

25 Let us be stretched on the earth in our downfall, covering ourselves with our shame: for we have been sinners against the Lord our God, we and our fathers, from our earliest years even till this day: and we have not given ear to the voice of the Lord our God.ನಮ್ಮ ನಾಚಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಲಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ; ನಮ್ಮ ಗಲಭೆ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ; ನಾವೂ ನಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆಗಳೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಯೌವನದಾರಭ್ಯ ಇಂದಿನವರೆಗೂ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಪಾಪಮಾಡಿ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವ ರಾದ ಕರ್ತನ ಸ್ವರಕ್ಕೆ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡಲಿಲ್ಲ.
