1 Yahweh said to me, "Take a large tablet, and write on it with a man's pen, 'For Maher Shalal Hash Baz;{"Maher Shalal Hash Baz" means "quick to the plunder, swift to the spoil."}'ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಕರ್ತನು ನನಗೆ -- ಒಂದು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಸುರುಳಿಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಲೇಖನಿಯಿಂದಲೇ ಮಹೇರ್‌ ಶಾಲಾಲ್‌ ಹಾಷ್‌ ಬಜ್‌ (ಅಂದರೆ ಸೂರೆಗೆ ಆತುರ, ಕೊಳ್ಳೆಗೆ ಅವಸರ) ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಬರೆ ಅಂದನು.

2 and I will take to me faithful witnesses to record, Uriah the priest, and Zechariah the son of Jeberechiah.ನಾನು ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತರಾದ ಯಾಜಕನಾದ ಊರೀಯನನ್ನು ಯೆಬೆ ರೆಕ್ಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಜೆಕರ್ಯನನ್ನು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಗಳನ್ನಾಗಿ ಇರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡೆನು.

3 I went to the prophetess; and she conceived, and bore a son. Then said Yahweh to me, Call his name Maher Shalal Hash Baz.ಅನಂತರ ನಾನು ಪ್ರವಾದಿನಿ ಯನ್ನು ಕೂಡಲು ಆಕೆಯು ಬಸುರಾಗಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮಗನನ್ನು ಹೆತ್ತಳು. ಆಗ ಕರ್ತನು ನನಗೆ--ಅವನಿಗೆ ಮಹೇರ್‌ ಶಾಲಾಲ್‌ ಹಾಷ್‌ ಬಜ್‌ ಎಂದು ಹೆಸರಿಡು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

4 For before the child shall have knowledge to cry, My father, and, My mother, the riches of Damascus and the spoil of Samaria shall be carried away before the king of Assyria.ಆ ಮಗುವು--ಅಪ್ಪಾ, ಅಮ್ಮಾ ಎಂದು ಕೂಗಬಲ್ಲವನಾಗುವದರ ಮುಂಚೆ ಅಶ್ಯೂರದ ಅರಸ ನು ದಮಸ್ಕದ ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನೂ ಸಮಾರ್ಯದ ಸೂರೆ ಯನ್ನೂ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುವನು ಅಂದನು.

5 Yahweh spoke to me yet again, saying,ಕರ್ತನು ಮತ್ತೊಂದಾವರ್ತಿ ನನಗೆ--

6 Because this people have refused the waters of Shiloah that go softly, and rejoice in Rezin and Remaliah's son;ಈ ಜನರು ಮೆಲ್ಲಗೆ ಹರಿಯುವ ಸಿಲೋವದ ನೀರನ್ನು ತ್ಯಜಿಸಿ ರೆಚೀನಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ರೆಮಲ್ಯನ ಮಗನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಮೆರೆದಿದ್ದರಿಂದ

7 now therefore, behold, the Lord brings up on them the waters of the River, strong and many, [even] the king of Assyria and all his glory: and it shall come up over all its channels, and go over all its banks;ಇಗೋ, ಕರ್ತನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಹಿಮೆಯಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿದ ಅಶ್ಯೂರದ ಅರಸನೆಂಬ ಮಹಾನದಿಯ ರಭಸವಾದ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪ್ರವಾಹವನ್ನು ಇವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಬರಮಾಡುವನು; ಅದು ತನ್ನ ಕಾಲುವೆಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಒಳಗೊಂಡು ದಡಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ವಿಾರಿ

8 and it shall sweep onward into Judah; it shall overflow and pass through; it shall reach even to the neck; and the stretching out of its wings shall fill the breadth of your land, Immanuel.ಯೆಹೂದ ದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನುಗ್ಗಿ ತುಂಬಿ ತುಳುಕಿ ಹಬ್ಬಿಕೊಂಡು ಕತ್ತಿ ನವರೆಗೂ ಏರುವದು; ಓ ಇಮ್ಮಾನುವೇಲನೇ, ಆ ಅರಸನ ರೆಕ್ಕೆಗಳು ಹರಡಿ ನಿನ್ನ ದೇಶದ ಅಗಲವನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಆವರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವವು.

9 Make an uproar, O you peoples, and be broken in pieces! And give ear, all you of far countries: gird yourselves, and be broken in pieces! Gird yourselves, and be broken in pieces!ಓ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳೇ, ನೀವು ಕೂಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ; ನೀವು ಒಡೆದು ಚೂರುಚೂರಾಗುವಿರಿ; ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದೂರ ದೇಶದ ವರೇ, ಕಿವಿಗೊಡಿರಿ, ನಡುಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ ನೀವು ಒಡೆದು ಚೂರು ಚೂರಾಗುವಿರಿ; ನಡುಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ ನೀವು ಒಡೆದು ಚೂರು ಚೂರಾಗುವಿರಿ.

10 Take counsel together, and it shall be brought to nothing; speak the word, and it shall not stand: for God is with us.ಆಲೋಚನೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ, ಅದು ಮುರಿದು ಹೋಗುವದು; ಮಾತು ಹೇಳಿರಿ, ಅದು ನಿಲ್ಲದು; ದೇವರು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದಾನೆ.

11 For Yahweh spoke thus to me with a strong hand, and instructed me not to walk in the way of this people, saying,ನಾನು ಈ ಜನರ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯದ ಹಾಗೆ ಕರ್ತನು ಬಲವಾದ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ನನಗೆ--

12 Don't you say, "A conspiracy!" concerning all about which this people shall say, "A conspiracy!" neither fear their fear, nor be in dread [of it].ಇವರು ಯಾವದನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಂದ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೋ ನೀವು ಅದನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಂದವೆನ್ನಬೇಡಿರಿ; ಅವರ ಭಯಕ್ಕೆ ನೀವು ಭಯಪಡಬೇಡಿರಿ, ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಹೆದರಬೇಡಿರಿ.

13 Yahweh of hosts, him shall you sanctify; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread.ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ಕರ್ತನನ್ನೇ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠೆಪಡಿಸಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ; ಆತನೇ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಭಯವೂ ಭಯಂಕರನೂ ಆಗಿರಲಿ.

14 He shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offense to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.ಆತನೇ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಾನವಾಗಿರುವನು; ಆದರೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಎರಡು ಮನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಎಡವುವ ಕಲ್ಲು, ಮುಗ್ಗರಿಸುವ ಬಂಡೆಯು ಮತ್ತು ಯೆರೂ ಸಲೇಮಿನ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಲೆಯೂ ಬೋನೂ ಆಗಿರುವನು.

15 Many shall stumble thereon, and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕರು ಎಡವಿಬಿದ್ದು, ಹೊಡೆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ಬಲೆಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿ ಬೀಳುವರು.

16 Bind up the testimony, seal the law among my disciples.ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಡು, ನನ್ನ ಶಿಷ್ಯರೊಳಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಮುದ್ರಿಸು.

17 I will wait for Yahweh, who hides his face from the house of Jacob, and I will look for him.ಯಾಕೋಬಿನ ಮನೆಯವರಿಗೆ ಮುಖವನ್ನು ಮರೆಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಕರ್ತನಿಗಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಕಾದುಕೊಂಡು ಎದುರುನೋಡುತ್ತಿರುವೆನು.

18 Behold, I and the children whom Yahweh has given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from Yahweh of Hosts, who dwells in Mount Zion.ಇಗೋ, ನನಗೆ ಕರ್ತನು ದಯಪಾಲಿಸಿದ ಮಕ್ಕಳೂ ನಾನೂ ಚೀಯೋನ್‌ ಪರ್ವತದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿರುವ ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ಕರ್ತನಿಂದುಂಟಾದ ಗುರುತುಗಳಾಗಿಯೂ ಅದ್ಭುತ ಗಳಾಗಿಯೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

19 When they shall tell you, "Consult with those who have familiar spirits and with the wizards, who chirp and who mutter:" shouldn't a people consult with their God? on behalf of the living [should they consult] with the dead?ಲೊಚಗುಟ್ಟುವ ಪಿಸುಮಾತಾಡುವ ಮಂತ್ರಗಾರ ರನ್ನೂ ಕಣಿಹೇಳುವವರನ್ನೂ ಹುಡುಕಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳುವಾಗ ಜನರು ತಮ್ಮ ದೇವರನ್ನೇ ಹುಡುಕುವದಿಲ್ಲವೋ? ಜೀವಿತರಿಗಾಗಿ ಸತ್ತವರಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋಗುವದುಂಟೋ?

20 To the law and to the testimony! if they don't speak according to this word, surely there is no morning for them.ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ವಾಕ್ಯದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಹೇಳದಿರು ವದು ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳಕಿಲ್ಲದ್ದರಿಂದಲೇ.

21 They shall pass through it, sore distressed and hungry; and it shall happen that when they shall be hungry, they shall fret themselves, and curse by their king and by their God, and turn their faces upward:ಅವರು ಘೋರ ಕಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಹಸಿದು ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲೆಯು ವರು; ಅವರು ಹಸಿದಾಗ ರೇಗಿಕೊಂಡು ತಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ ನನ್ನೂ ದೇವರನ್ನೂ ಶಪಿಸಿ ಮೇಲಕ್ಕೆ ನೋಡುವರು.

22 and they shall look to the earth, and see, distress and darkness, the gloom of anguish; and into thick darkness [they shall be] driven away.ಅವರು ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ದೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿದರೂ ಇಗೋ, ಇಕ್ಕಟ್ಟೆಂಬ ಕತ್ತಲೂ ಸಂಕಟವೆಂಬ ಅಂಧಕಾರವೂ ಕವಿದುಕೊಂಡಿರುವದು; ಅವರು ಕಾರ್ಗತ್ತಲೆಗೆ ತಳ್ಳಲ್ಪ ಡುವರು
