Isaiah 7 - DBY (Kannada)

1 And it came to pass in the days of Ahaz, the son of Jotham, the son of Uzziah, king of Judah, [that] Rezin the king of Syria, and Pekah the son of Remaliah, king of Israel, came up to Jerusalem to make war against it, but they were not able to fight against it.ಯೋಥಾಮನ ಮಗನೂ ಉಜ್ಜೀಯನ ಮೊಮ್ಮಗನೂ ಯೆಹೂದದ ಅರಸನೂ ಆದ ಆಹಾಜನ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಾಮ್ಯರ ಅರಸನಾದ ರೆಚೀನ, ರೆಮಲ್ಯನ ಮಗನೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರ ಅರ ಸನೂ ಆದ ಪೆಕಹ ಎಂಬವರು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಯುದ್ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋದರು. ಆದರೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಜಯಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ.

2 And it was told the house of David saying, Syria is allied with Ephraim. Then his heart and the heart of his people shook, as the trees of the forest are shaken with the wind.ಸಿರಿಯಾದವರು ಎಫ್ರಾಯಾಮ್ಯರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆಂದು ದಾವೀದನ ಮನೆಗೆ ತಿಳಿದಾಗ ಅವನ ಹೃದಯವು ಪ್ರಜೆಯ ಹೃದಯವು ಅರಣ್ಯದ ಮರಗಳು ಗಾಳಿಗೆ ಅಲುಗಾಡುವಂತೆ ನಡುಗಿದವು.

3 And Jehovah said to Isaiah, Go out now to meet Ahaz, thou and thy son Shear-jashub, at the end of the aqueduct of the upper pool, on the highway of the fuller's field;ಆಗ ಕರ್ತನು, ಯೆಶಾಯನಿಗೆ--ನೀನು ಶೆಯಾರ್‌ ಯಾಶೂಬನೆಂಬ ನಿನ್ನ ಮಗನನ್ನು ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿ ಮಡಿವಾಳರ ಹೊಲದ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೋಗುವ ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೇಲಿನ ಕೆರೆಯ ಕಾಲುವೆಯ ಕೊನೆಯ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಆಹಾಜನನ್ನು ಎದುರುಗೊಂಡು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳು--

4 and thou shalt say unto him, Take heed and be quiet; fear not, and let not thy heart faint before these two ends of smoking firebrands, because of the fierce anger of Rezin and Syria, and of the son of Remaliah.ಜಾಗ ರೂಕನಾಗಿ ಸುಮ್ಮನಿರು; ಭಯಪಡಬೇಡ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ರೆಚೀನ ಅರಾಮ್ಯ ರೆಮಲ್ಯನ ಮಗ ಇವರ ಕೋಪವು ಎಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದರೂ ಹೊಗೆಯಾಡುವ ಈ ಎರಡು ಮೋಟು ಕೊಳ್ಳಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಹೃದಯವು ಕುಂದದಿರಲಿ.

5 Inasmuch as Syria hath taken evil counsel against thee, Ephraim [also] and the son of Remaliah, saying,ಸಿರಿಯಾದವರೂ ಎಫ್ರಾಯಿಮಿನವರೂ ರೆಮಲ್ಯನ ಮಗನೂ ನಿನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ದುರಾಲೋಚನೆ ಮಾಡಿ,

6 Let us go up against Judah, and harass it, and make a breach therein for us, and set up a king therein -- the son of Tabeal;ನಾವು ಯೆಹೂದಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಹೋಗಿ ಅದನ್ನು ವ್ಯಥೆಪಡಿಸಿ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ನಮಗಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಒಪ್ಪಂದವನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿ ಅದರ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ಅರಸನನ್ನು ಅಂದರೆ ಟಾಬೇಲನ ಮಗನನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳೋಣ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವರು

7 thus saith the Lord Jehovah: It shall not stand, nor come to pass;ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಕರ್ತನಾದ ದೇವರು--ಅದು ನಿಲ್ಲುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಅದು ಆಗುವದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.

8 for the head of Syria is Damascus, and the head of Damascus is Rezin; and within sixty-five years shall Ephraim be broken, so as to be no [more a] people;ದಮಸ್ಕವು ಸಿರಿ ಯಾದ ತಲೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ದಮಸ್ಕದ ತಲೆಯು ರೆಚೀನ; ಅರುವತ್ತೈದು ವರುಷಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಎಫ್ರಾಯಾ ಮ್ಯರು ಭಂಗಪಟ್ಟು ಜನಾಂಗವೆನಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳರು.

9 and the head of Ephraim is Samaria, and the head of Samaria is Remaliah's son. If ye believe not, surely ye shall not be established.ಎಫ್ರಾ ಯಾಮಿನ ತಲೆ ಸಮಾರ್ಯ ಸಮಾರ್ಯದ ತಲೆ ರೆಮಲ್ಯನ ಮಗನು. ನೀವು ನಂಬದೆ ಹೋದರೆ ನೀವು ನಿಜವಾಗಿಯೂ ನೆಲೆಗೊಳ್ಳುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬದೇ.

10 And Jehovah spoke again to Ahaz, saying,ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಕರ್ತನು ಆಹಾಜನಿಗೆ --

11 Ask for thee a sign from Jehovah thy God; ask for it in the deep, or in the height above.ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನಿಂದ ಒಂದು ಗುರುತನ್ನು ಕೇಳು; ಅದು ಕೆಳಗೆ ಆಳದಲ್ಲಾದರೂ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಮೇಲೆ ಎತ್ತರದ ಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರೂ ಅದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿಕೋ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

12 And Ahaz said, I will not ask, and will not tempt Jehovah.ಆದರೆ ಆಹಾಜನು -- ನಾನು ಕೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದನು.

13 And he said, Hear then, house of David: Is it a small matter for you to weary men, that ye weary also my God?ಅದಕ್ಕೆ (ಯೆಶಾಯನು) ದಾವೀದನ ಮನೆಯ ವರೇ, ಈಗ ಕೇಳಿರಿ, ಮನುಷ್ಯರನ್ನು ಬೇಸರಗೊಳಿ ಸುವದು ಅಷ್ಟು ದೊಡ್ಡದಲ್ಲವೆಂದೆಣಿಸಿ ನನ್ನ ದೇವ ರನ್ನೂ ಬೇಸರಗೊಳಿಸುವಿರಾ?

14 Therefore will the Lord himself give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and shall bring forth a son, and call his name Immanuel.ಆದಕಾರಣ ಕರ್ತನು ತಾನೇ ಒಂದು ಗುರುತನ್ನು ನಿನಗೆ ಕೊಡು ವನು; ಇಗೋ, ಒಬ್ಬ ಕನ್ನಿಕೆಯು ಗರ್ಭಿಣಿಯಾಗಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮಗನನ್ನು ಹಡೆಯುವಳು. ಆತನನ್ನು ಇಮ್ಮಾನು ವೇಲ್‌ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯುವರು.

15 Butter and honey shall he eat, that he may know to refuse the evil, and to choose the good.ಆತನು ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದನ್ನು ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಷ್ಟು ತಿಳುವ ಳಿಕೆಯು ಬರುವ ತನಕ ಬೆಣ್ಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಜೇನನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನುವನು.

16 For before the child knoweth to refuse the evil and to choose the good, the land whose two kings thou fearest shall be forsaken.ಆ ಮಗುವು ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದನ್ನು ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮುಂಚೆಯೇ ನೀನು ಹೇಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಅವಳ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಅರಸರು ತ್ಯಜಿಸಿಬಿಡುವರು.

17 Jehovah will bring upon thee, and upon thy people, and upon thy father's house, days which have not come since the day when Ephraim turned away from Judah -- [even] the king of Assyria.ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಯೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಜನರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಮನೆಯ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಯೆಹೂದದಿಂದ ಎಫ್ರಾ ಯಾಮು ಅಗಲಿದಂದಿನಿಂದ ಅಂದರೆ ಅಶ್ಯೂರ ಅರ ಸನ ಕಾಲದಿಂದಲೂ ಬಾರದೆ ಇದ್ದ ದಿವಸಗಳನ್ನು ಬರಮಾಡುವನು.

18 And it shall come to pass in that day, that Jehovah will hiss for the fly which is at the extremity of the streams of Egypt, and for the bee which is in the land of Assyria;ಆ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ನದಿಗಳ ಕಟ್ಟಕಡೆ ಯಿಂದ ನೊಣಕ್ಕೂ ಅಶ್ಯೂರ ದೇಶದ ಜೇನು ಹುಳಕ್ಕೂ ಕರ್ತನು ಸಿಳ್ಳುಹಾಕುವನು.

19 and they shall come and settle all of them in the desolate valleys, and in the holes of the rocks, and on all thorn-bushes, and on all the pastures.ಅವು ಬಂದು ಹಾಳಾದ ಕಣಿವೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಬಂಡೆಗಳ ಬಿರುಕುಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮುಳ್ಳಿನ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪೊದೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಮುತ್ತಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವವು.

20 In that day will the Lord, with a razor which is hired beyond the river, with the king of Assyria, shave the head and the hair of the feet, yea, the beard also will it take away.ಅದೇ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತನು ನದಿಯ ಆಚೆಗಿರುವ ಅಶ್ಯೂರದ ರಾಜನೆಂಬವನಿಂದ ಬಾಡಿಗೆ ಕ್ಷೌರದ ಕತ್ತಿ ಯಿಂದ (ಯೆಹೂದದ) ತಲೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಲುಕೂದ ಲನ್ನು ಬೋಳಿಸುವನು ಗಡ್ಡವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಬಿಡುವನು.

21 And it shall come to pass in that day, [that] a man shall nourish a young cow and two sheep,ಆ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಒಂದು ಕಡಸನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಎರಡು ಕುರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಕುವನು.

22 and it shall come to pass, from the abundance of milk they shall give, [that] he shall eat butter; for every one that remaineth in the midst of the land shall eat butter and honey.ಆಗ ಅವು ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗಿ ಹಾಲನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವದರಿಂದ ಅವನು ಬೆಣ್ಣೆಯನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನುವನು; ಆ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಳಿದಿರುವ ವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಬೆಣ್ಣೆಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಜೇನು ತುಪ್ಪವನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನುವರು.

23 And it shall come to pass in that day, [that] every place, where there were a thousand vines at a thousand silver pieces, shall become briars and thorns:ಆ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾವಿರ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಬೆಲೆಯ ಸಹಸ್ರ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೆಯ ಬಳ್ಳಿಗಳು ಬೆಳೆಯುವ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಪ್ರದೇಶವು ಮುಳ್ಳು ಮತ್ತು ದತ್ತೂರಿ ಗಳಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿರುವದು.

24 with arrows and with the bow shall they come thither, for the whole land shall become briars and thorns.ದೇಶವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಮುಳ್ಳು ದತ್ತೂರಿಗಳಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿರುವದರಿಂದ ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ಬಿಲ್ಲು ಮತ್ತು ಬಾಣಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬರುವರು.

25 And all mountains that have been dug up with the hoe -- thither will they not come, from fear of briars and thorns; and they shall be for the sending forth of oxen, and for the treading of small cattle.ಗುದ್ದಲಿಯಿಂದ ಅಗೆಯುವ ಗುಡ್ಡಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಮುಳ್ಳು ದತ್ತೂರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೆದರಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬರಲಾರದೆ ಇರುವಿ; ಆದರೆ ಅದು ಎತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಡುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಕರುಗಳು ತುಳಿದಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಎಡೆಯಾಗುವದು.
