וַיֹּ֣אמֶר said, va-YOH-mer אֲדֹנָ֗י Wherefore uh-doh-NAI יַ֚עַן Lord YA-an כִּ֤י the kee נִגַּשׁ֙ Forasmuch nee-ɡAHSH הָעָ֣ם ha-AM הַזֶּ֔ה near ha-ZEH בְּפִ֤יו draw beh-FEEOO וּבִשְׂפָתָיו֙ people oo-vees-fa-tav כִּבְּד֔וּנִי this kee-beh-DOO-nee וְלִבּ֖וֹ as veh-LEE-boh רִחַ֣ק mouth, ree-HAHK מִמֶּ֑נִּי their mee-MEH-nee וַתְּהִ֤י with va-teh-HEE יִרְאָתָם֙ and yeer-ah-TAHM אֹתִ֔י with oh-TEE מִצְוַ֥ת their meets-VAHT אֲנָשִׁ֖ים lips uh-na-SHEEM מְלֻמָּדָֽה׃ do meh-loo-ma-DA
