Hebrews 3
7 ಆದದರಿಂದ(ಪವಿತ್ರಾತ್ಮನು ಹೇಳುವ ಪ್ರಕಾರ--ನೀವು ಈ ದಿನ ದೇವರ ಶಬ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಿವಿಗೊಟ್ಟರೆ
8 ಅರಣ್ಯ ದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾಗ ಶೋಧನೆಯ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಕೋಪ ವನ್ನೆಬ್ಬಿಸಿದಂತೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕಠಿಣಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಡಿರಿ.
9 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಿತೃಗಳು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಶೋಧಿಸಿ ದರು, ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದರು, ನಾಲ್ವತ್ತು ವರುಷ ನನ್ನ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದರು.
10 ಆದದರಿಂದ ನಾನು ಆ ಸಂತತಿಯವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಸಂತಾಪಗೊಂಡು--ಅವರು ಯಾವಾ ಗಲೂ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತಪ್ಪಿಹೋಗುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. ಅವರು ನನ್ನ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳ್ಳುಕೊಳ್ಳ ಲಿಲ್ಲ.
11 ಹೀಗಿರಲು--ಅವರು ನನ್ನ ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರುವದೇ ಇಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಕೋಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಮಾಡಿದೆನು ಎಂದು ಆತನು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾನೆ).
12 ಸಹೋದರರೇ, ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ನೋಡಿಕೊ ಳ್ಳಿರಿ; ಜೀವಸ್ವರೂಪನಾದ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೋಗುವ ಅಪನಂಬಿಕೆಯುಳ್ಳ ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಹೃದಯವು ನಿಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ ಯಾವನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇರಬಾರದು.
13 ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ರಾದರೂ ಪಾಪದಿಂದ ಮೋಸಹೋಗಿ ಕಠಿಣರಾಗ ದಂತೆ--ಈ ದಿನ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪಡುವಾಗಲೇ ಪ್ರತಿ ನಿತ್ಯವೂ ಒಬ್ಬರನ್ನೊಬ್ಬರು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸಿರಿ.
14 ಮೊದಲಿ ನಿಂದಿರುವ ನಮ್ಮ ಭರವಸವನ್ನು ಅಂತ್ಯದವರೆಗೂ ನಾವು ದೃಢವಾಗಿ ಹಿಡುಕೊಳ್ಳು ವದಾದರೆ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲುಗಾರಾಗಿದ್ದೇವಲ್ಲಾ!
15 ಈ ಹೊತ್ತು ನೀವು ಆತನ ಧ್ವನಿಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದರೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವಾಗ (ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹಿರಿಯರು) ಕೋಪವನ್ನೆಬ್ಬಿಸಿದಂತೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯ ಗಳನ್ನು ಕಠಿಣಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಡಿರಿ.
16 ಕೆಲವರು ಆತನು ನುಡಿದದ್ದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ ಕೋಪವ ನ್ನೆಬ್ಬಿಸಿದರು; ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ಮೋಶೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಐಗುಪ್ತದಿಂದ ಬಂದವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಅಲ್ಲ.
17 ಆದರೆ ನಾಲ್ವತ್ತು ವರುಷ ಆತನು ಯಾರಮೇಲೆ ಸಂತಾಪಗೊಂಡನು? ಪಾಪ ಮಾಡಿದವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಲ್ಲವೇ? ಅವರ ಶವಗಳು ಅರಣ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿದ್ದವಲ್ಲಾ!
18 ತನ್ನ ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಸೇರುವದೇ ಇಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಯಾರನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಆತನು ಪ್ರಮಾಣಮಾಡಿದನು? ನಂಬದವರ ವಿಷಯ ವಾಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲವೇ?
7 Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost saith, To day if ye will hear his voice,
8 Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness:
9 When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works forty years.
10 Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do alway err in their heart; and they have not known my ways.
11 So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.)
12 Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.
13 But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
14 For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;
15 While it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.
16 For some, when they had heard, did provoke: howbeit not all that came out of Egypt by Moses.
17 But with whom was he grieved forty years? was it not with them that had sinned, whose carcases fell in the wilderness?
18 And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not?

7 ಆದದರಿಂದ(ಪವಿತ್ರಾತ್ಮನು ಹೇಳುವ ಪ್ರಕಾರ--ನೀವು ಈ ದಿನ ದೇವರ ಶಬ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಿವಿಗೊಟ್ಟರೆ
Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost saith, To day if ye will hear his voice,

Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness:
9 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಿತೃಗಳು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಶೋಧಿಸಿ ದರು, ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದರು, ನಾಲ್ವತ್ತು ವರುಷ ನನ್ನ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದರು.
When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works forty years.
10 ಆದದರಿಂದ ನಾನು ಆ ಸಂತತಿಯವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಸಂತಾಪಗೊಂಡು--ಅವರು ಯಾವಾ ಗಲೂ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತಪ್ಪಿಹೋಗುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. ಅವರು ನನ್ನ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳ್ಳುಕೊಳ್ಳ ಲಿಲ್ಲ.
Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do alway err in their heart; and they have not known my ways.
11 ಹೀಗಿರಲು--ಅವರು ನನ್ನ ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರುವದೇ ಇಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಕೋಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಮಾಡಿದೆನು ಎಂದು ಆತನು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾನೆ).
So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.)
12 ಸಹೋದರರೇ, ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ನೋಡಿಕೊ ಳ್ಳಿರಿ; ಜೀವಸ್ವರೂಪನಾದ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೋಗುವ ಅಪನಂಬಿಕೆಯುಳ್ಳ ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಹೃದಯವು ನಿಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ ಯಾವನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇರಬಾರದು.
Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.
13 ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ರಾದರೂ ಪಾಪದಿಂದ ಮೋಸಹೋಗಿ ಕಠಿಣರಾಗ ದಂತೆ--ಈ ದಿನ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪಡುವಾಗಲೇ ಪ್ರತಿ ನಿತ್ಯವೂ ಒಬ್ಬರನ್ನೊಬ್ಬರು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸಿರಿ.
But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
14 ಮೊದಲಿ ನಿಂದಿರುವ ನಮ್ಮ ಭರವಸವನ್ನು ಅಂತ್ಯದವರೆಗೂ ನಾವು ದೃಢವಾಗಿ ಹಿಡುಕೊಳ್ಳು ವದಾದರೆ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲುಗಾರಾಗಿದ್ದೇವಲ್ಲಾ!

16 ಕೆಲವರು ಆತನು ನುಡಿದದ್ದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ ಕೋಪವ ನ್ನೆಬ್ಬಿಸಿದರು; ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ಮೋಶೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಐಗುಪ್ತದಿಂದ ಬಂದವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಅಲ್ಲ.
