ಆಗ ದೇವರು ರಾತ್ರಿ ಕನಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಬೀಮೆಲೆಕನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು--ಇಗೋ, ನೀನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡ ಆ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಗೋಸ್ಕರ ನೀನು ಸತ್ತವನೇ; ಆಕೆಯು ಒಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಹೆಂಡತಿ ಎಂದು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದನು.
