Genesis 18 - YLT (Kannada)

1 And Jehovah appeareth unto him among the oaks of Mamre, and he is sitting at the opening of the tent, about the heat of the day;ಕರ್ತನು ಮಮ್ರೇಯ ಮೈದಾನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನಿಗೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡನು. ಅವನು ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನದ ವೇಳೆ ಗುಡಾರದ ಬಾಗಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂತುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದನು.

2 and he lifteth up his eyes and looketh, and lo, three men standing by him, and he seeth, and runneth to meet them from the opening of the tent, and boweth himself towards the earth,ಆಗ ತನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನೆತ್ತಿ ನೋಡಲು ಅಗೋ, ಮೂವರು ಪುರುಷರು ಅವನ ಪಕ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದರು. ಅವನು ಅವರನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಎದುರಾಗಿ ಗುಡಾರದ ಬಾಗಲಿನಿಂದ ಓಡಿಬಂದು ನೆಲದ ವರೆಗೂ ಬೊಗ್ಗಿ--

3 And he saith, `My Lord, if, I pray thee, I have found grace in thine eyes, do not, I pray thee, pass on from thy servant;ನನ್ನ ಕರ್ತನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ ದಯೆದೊರೆತಿದ್ದರೆ ನಿನ್ನ ದಾಸನ ಬಳಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಟುಹೋಗಬೇಡ.

4 let, I pray thee, a little water be accepted, and wash your feet, and recline under the tree;ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ನೀರು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬರುತ್ತೇನೆ: ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ತೊಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ; ಮರದ ಕೆಳಗೆ ವಿಶ್ರಮಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ.

5 and I bring a piece of bread, and support ye your heart; afterwards pass on, for therefore have ye passed over unto your servant;' and they say, `So mayest thou do as thou has spoken.'ನಾನು ಒಂದಿಷ್ಟು ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ತರುವೆನು; ನೀವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯಗಳನ್ನು ಆದರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ; ತರುವಾಯ ನೀವು ಮುಂದೆ ಹೊರಟು ಹೋಗಬಹುದು. ಅದಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರವೇ ನೀವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ದಾಸನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದೀರಿ ಎಂದು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಂಡನು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರು--ನೀನು ಹೇಳಿದಂತೆಯೇ ಮಾಡು ಅಂದರು.

6 And Abraham hasteth towards the tent, unto Sarah, and saith, `Hasten three measures of flour-meal, knead, and make cakes;'ಆಗ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನು ತ್ವರೆಯಾಗಿ ಗುಡಾರದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಸಾರಳ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ--ತ್ವರೆಪಟ್ಟು ಮೂರು ಸೇರು ನಯವಾದ ಹಿಟ್ಟು ನಾದಿ ಒಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ರೊಟ್ಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡು ಅಂದನು.

7 and Abraham ran unto the herd, and taketh a son of the herd, tender and good, and giveth unto the young man, and he hasteth to prepare it;ಅಬ್ರಹಾ ಮನು ದನದ ಮಂದೆಯ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಓಡಿಹೋಗಿ ಎಳೇದಾದ ಒಳ್ಳೇ ಕರುವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಒಬ್ಬ ಯೌವನಸ್ಥನಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಾಗ ಅವನು ಅದನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ತ್ವರೆಪಟ್ಟನು.

8 and he taketh butter and milk, and the son of the herd which he hath prepared, and setteth before them; and he is standing by them under the tree, and they do eat.ತರುವಾಯ ಬೆಣ್ಣೆಯನ್ನೂ ಹಾಲನ್ನೂ ಪಕ್ವಮಾಡಿದ ಕರುವನ್ನೂ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅವರ ಮುಂದೆ ಇಟ್ಟನು; ಅವನು ಮರದ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಅವರ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತುಕೊಂಡನು; ಅವರು ಊಟಮಾಡಿದರು.

9 And they say unto him, `Where `is' Sarah thy wife?' and he saith, `Lo -- in the tent;'ಆಗ ಅವರು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯಾದ ಸಾರಳು ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಎಂದು ಅವನನ್ನು ಕೇಳಲು ಅವನು-- ಇಗೋ, ಗುಡಾರದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾಳೆ ಅಂದನು.

10 and he saith, `returning I return unto thee, about the time of life, and lo, to Sarah thy wife a son.'ಆಗ ಆತನು--ಬರುವ ವರುಷ ಇದೇ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಶ್ಚಯ ವಾಗಿ ತಿರಿಗಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಆಗ ಇಗೋ, ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯಾದ ಸಾರಳಿಗೆ ಮಗನು ಇರುವನು ಅಂದನು. ಸಾರಳು ಆತನ ಹಿಂದೆ ಇದ್ದ ಗುಡಾರದ ಬಾಗಲಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು ಅದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಳು.

11 And Sarah is hearkening at the opening of the tent, which is behind him;ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನೂ ಸಾರಳೂ ದಿನ ಗತಿಸಿದವರಾಗಿ ಮುದುಕರಾಗಿದ್ದರು; ಸಾರಳಿಗೆ ಹೆಂಗಸರಿಗೆ ಆಗುವ ಕ್ರಮವು ನಿಂತುಹೋಗಿತ್ತು.

12 and Abraham and Sarah `are' aged, entering into days -- the way of women hath ceased to be to Sarah;ಆದದರಿಂದ ಸಾರಳು ತನ್ನೊಳಗೆ ನಕ್ಕು--ನಾನು ವೃದ್ಧಳಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನನ್ನ ಯಜಮಾನನು ಸಹ ಮುದುಕನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಹೀಗಿರು ವಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ ಸಂತೋಷವಾದೀತೇ? ಅಂದಳು.

13 and Sarah laugheth in her heart, saying, `After I have waxed old I have had pleasure! -- my lord also `is' old!'ಆಗ ಕರ್ತನು ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನಿಗೆ--ನಾನು ಮುದಿಪ್ರಾಯದ ವಳಾಗಿ ಮಗುವನ್ನು ಹೆರುವದು ನಿಜವೋ ಎಂದು ಅಂದುಕೊಂಡು ಯಾಕೆ ಸಾರಳು ನಕ್ಕಳು?

14 And Jehovah saith unto Abraham, `Why `is' this? Sarah hath laughed, saying, Is it true really -- I bear -- and I am aged? Is any thing too wonderful for Jehovah? at the appointed time I return unto thee, about the time of life, and Sarah hath a son.'ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಅಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದದ್ದು ಯಾವದಾದರೂ ಇದೆಯೋ? ಬರುವ ವರುಷ ಇದೇ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ತಿರಿಗಿ ಬರುವೆನು; ಆಗ ಸಾರಳಿಗೆ ಮಗನು ಇರುವನು ಅಂದನು.

15 And Sarah denieth, saying, `I did not laugh;' for she hath been afraid; and He saith, `Nay, but thou didst laugh.'ಆದರೆ ಸಾರಳು ಭಯ ಪಟ್ಟು--ನಾನು ನಗಲಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಬೊಂಕಿದಾಗ ಆತನು--ಹಾಗಲ್ಲ, ನೀನು ನಕ್ಕದ್ದುಂಟು ಅಂದನು.

16 And the men rise from thence, and look on the face of Sodom, and Abraham is going with them to send them away;ತರುವಾಯ ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ಎದ್ದು ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಸೊದೋಮಿನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ನೋಡಿದರು. ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಾಗಕಳುಹಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಹೋದನು.

17 and Jehovah said, `Am I concealing from Abraham that which I am doing,ಆಗ ಕರ್ತನು--ನಾನು ಮಾಡುವದನ್ನು ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನಿಗೆ ಮರೆಮಾಡಲೋ?

18 and Abraham certainly becometh a nation great and mighty, and blessed in him have been all nations of the earth?ಅಬ್ರಹಾ ಮನು ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಬಲವಾದ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಜನಾಂಗ ವಾಗುವನು, ಭೂಲೋಕದ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅವನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವವು.

19 for I have known him, that he commandeth his children, and his house after him (and they have kept the way of Jehovah), to do righteousness and judgment, that Jehovah may bring on Abraham that which He hath spoken concerning him.'ಕರ್ತನು ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮ ನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದು ನೆರವೇರುವಂತೆ ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೂ ತರುವಾಯ ಅವನ ಮನೆಯವರಿಗೂ ಆತನ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಂಡು ನೀತಿನ್ಯಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಕೊಡುವನು ಎಂದು ನನಗೆ ತಿಳಿದದೆ ಎಂದು ಅಂದುಕೊಂಡನು.

20 And Jehovah saith, `The cry of Sodom and Gomorrah -- because great; and their sin -- because exceeding grievous:ಕರ್ತನು--ಸೊದೋಮ್‌ ಗೊಮೋರಗಳ ಕೂಗು ದೊಡ್ಡದಾಗಿರುವದರಿಂದಲೂ ಅವರ ಪಾಪವು ಘೋರವಾಗಿರುವದರಿಂದಲೂ

21 I go down now, and see whether according to its cry which is coming unto Me they have done completely -- and if not -- I know;'ನಾನು ಇಳಿದು ಹೋಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದ ಅದರ ಕೂಗಿನ ಪ್ರಕಾರವೇ ಅವರು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೋ ಇಲ್ಲವೋ ಎಂದು ನೋಡಿ ತಿಳುಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು ಅಂದನು.

22 and the men turn from thence, and go towards Sodom; and Abraham is yet standing before Jehovah.ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ತಮ್ಮ ಮುಖಗಳನ್ನು ತಿರುಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಸೊದೋಮಿನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಹೋದರು. ಆದರೆ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನು ಇನ್ನೂ ಕರ್ತನ ಮುಂದೆ ನಿಂತುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದನು.

23 And Abraham draweth nigh and saith, `Dost Thou also consume righteous with wicked?ಆಗ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನು ಹತ್ತಿರ ಬಂದು--ದುಷ್ಟರ ಸಂಗಡ ನೀತಿವಂತರನ್ನೂ ನಾಶಮಾಡು ವಿಯಾ?

24 peradventure there are fifty righteous in the midst of the city; dost Thou also consume, and not bear with the place for the sake of the fifty -- the righteous who `are' in its midst?ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಆ ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಐವತ್ತು ಮಂದಿ ನೀತಿವಂತರಿದ್ದರೆ ಅದರೊಳಗಿರುವ ಆ ಐವತ್ತು ನೀತಿವಂತರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಆ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸದೆ ನಾಶಮಾಡುವಿಯೋ?

25 Far be it from Thee to do according to this thing, to put to death the righteous with the wicked; that it hath been -- as the righteous so the wicked -- far be it from Thee; doth the Judge of all the earth not do justice?'ಆ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಮಾಡಿ ನೀತಿವಂತರನ್ನು ದುಷ್ಟರ ಸಂಗಡ ಕೊಲ್ಲುವದು ನಿನಗೆ ದೂರವಾಗಿರಲಿ; ಹಾಗೆ ನೀತಿವಂತರನ್ನು ದುಷ್ಟರಿಗೆ ಸಮಾನಮಾಡುವದು ನಿನಗೆ ದೂರ ವಾಗಿರಲಿ; ಭೂಲೋಕಕ್ಕೆಲ್ಲಾ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧಿಪತಿಯಾಗಿ ರುವಾತನು ನ್ಯಾಯವಾದದ್ದನ್ನು ಮಾಡದೆ ಇರುವನೇ ಅಂದನು.

26 And Jehovah saith, `If I find in Sodom fifty righteous in the midst of the city, then have I borne with all the place for their sake.'ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಕರ್ತನು--ನನಗೆ ಸೊದೋಮ್‌ ಪಟ್ಟಣದೊಳಗೆ ಐವತ್ತು ಮಂದಿ ನೀತಿವಂತರು ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದರೆ ಅವರಿಗೊಸ್ಕರ ಆ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಉಳಿಸುವೆನು ಅಂದನು.

27 And Abraham answereth and saith, `Lo, I pray thee, I have willed to speak unto the Lord, and I -- dust and ashes;ಆಗ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನು--ಇಗೋ, ಮಣ್ಣೂ ಬೂದಿಯೂ ಆಗಿರುವ ನಾನು ಕರ್ತನ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

28 peradventure there are lacking five of the fifty righteous -- dost Thou destroy for five the whole of the city?' and He saith, `I destroy `it' not, if I find there forty and five.'ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಐವತ್ತು ನೀತಿವಂತರಲ್ಲಿ ಐದು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಆ ಐದು ಮಂದಿ ಇಲ್ಲದ್ದರಿಂದ ಆ ಪಟ್ಟಣವನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡುವಿಯೋ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ ಅಂದನು. ಆದಕ್ಕೆ ಆತನು--ನಾಲ್ವತ್ತೈದು ಮಂದಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದರೆ ನಾನು ನಾಶಮಾಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದನು.

29 And he addeth again to speak unto Him and saith, `Peradventure there are found there forty?' and He saith, `I do `it' not, because of the forty.'ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನು ಆತನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇನ್ನೂ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ--ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಲ್ವತ್ತು ಮಂದಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಾರು ಅಂದನು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಆತನು--ನಾಲ್ವತ್ತು ಮಂದಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಅದನ್ನು ನಾನು ನಾಶಮಾಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದನು.

30 And he saith, `Let it not be, I Pray thee, displeasing to the Lord, and I speak: peradventure there are found there thirty?' and He saith, `I do `it' not, if I find there thirty.'ಅವನು-- ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಕೋಪಬಾರದೆ ಇರಲಿ; ನಾನು ಮಾತನಾ ಡುತ್ತೇನೆ--ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂವತ್ತು ಮಂದಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಾರು ಅಂದಾಗ ಆತನು--ನನಗೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂವತ್ತು ಮಂದಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದರೆ ನಾಶಮಾಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದನು.

31 And he saith, `Lo, I pray thee, I have willed to speak unto the Lord: peradventure there are found there twenty?' and He saith, `I do not destroy `it', because of the twenty.'ಅವನು--ಇಗೋ, ಕರ್ತನ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡು ವದಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಮಂದಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಾರು ಅಂದಾಗ ಆತನು-- ಆ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಮಂದಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ನಾನು ಅದನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದನು.

32 And he saith, `Let it not be, I pray Thee, displeasing to the Lord, and I speak only this time: peradventure there are found there ten?' and He saith, `I do not destroy `it', because of the ten.'ಅವನು--ಹಾ, ಕರ್ತನೇ, ನಿನಗೆ ಕೋಪಬಾರದೆ ಇರಲಿ; ಇನ್ನು ಒಂದೇ ಸಾರಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ--ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಹತ್ತು ಮಂದಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಾರು ಅಂದಾಗ ಆತನು--ಹತ್ತು ಮಂದಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ನಾಶಮಾಡೆನು ಅಂದನು.

33 And Jehovah goeth on, when He hath finished speaking unto Abraham, and Abraham hath turned back to his place.ಕರ್ತನು ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡು ವದನ್ನು ಮುಗಿಸಿದ ಕೂಡಲೆ ಹೊರಟುಹೋದನು. ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನು ತನ್ನ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡನು.
