1 Therefore you are without excuse, O man, whoever you are who judge. For in that which you judge another, you condemn yourself. For you who judge practice the same things.ಆದದರಿಂದ ಓ ಮನುಷ್ಯನೇ, ತೀರ್ಪು ಮಾಡುವ ನೀನು ಯಾವನಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ನೆವವಿಲ್ಲದವನಾಗಿದ್ದೀ; ಹೇಗೆಂದರೆ ಬೇರೊಬ್ಬನಿಗೆ ತೀರ್ಪು ಮಾಡುವ ನೀನು ಅಂಥವುಗಳನ್ನೇ ಮಾಡುವವ ನಾದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ನೀನೇ ತೀರ್ಪು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡ ಹಾಗಾಯಿತು.

2 We know that the judgment of God is according to truth against those who practice such things.ಆದರೆ ಅಂಥವುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಸತ್ಯಕ್ಕನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ದೇವರ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರ್ಪು ಇದೆಯೆಂದು ನಮಗೆ ನಿಶ್ಚಯವುಂಟು.

3 Do you think this, O man who judges those who practice such things, and do the same, that you will escape the judgment of God?ಅಂಥವು ಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವವರಿಗೆ ತೀರ್ಪು ಮಾಡುವ ಓ ಮನುಷ್ಯನೇ, ಅವುಗಳನ್ನೇ ಮಾಡುವವನಾದ ನೀನು ದೇವರ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರ್ಪಿನಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆಂದು ಯೋಚಿಸುತ್ತೀಯೋ?

4 Or do you despise the riches of his goodness, forbearance, and patience, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ದೇವರ ದಯೆಯು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಮಾನಸಾಂತರಕ್ಕೆ ನಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆಯೆಂದು ನೀನು ತಿಳಿಯದೆ ಆತನ ಅಪಾರವಾದ ದಯೆ ಸಹನೆ ದೀರ್ಘ ಶಾಂತಿ ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಅಸಡ್ಡೆಮಾಡುತ್ತೀಯೋ?

5 But according to your hardness and unrepentant heart you are treasuring up for yourself wrath in the day of wrath, revelation, and of the righteous judgment of God;ಹೀಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಕಾಠಿಣ್ಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪಶ್ಚಾತ್ತಾಪವಿಲ್ಲದ ಹೃದಯದಿಂದ ಉಗ್ರತೆಯ ದಿನಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೂ ದೇವರ ನೀತಿಯುಳ್ಳ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರ್ವಿಕೆಯ ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಗಾಗಿಯೂ ದೇವರ ಕೋಪವನ್ನು ನಿನಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಕೂಡಿಸಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ಧೀ.

6 who "will pay back to everyone according to their works:"ದೇವರು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನಿಗೆ ಅವನವನ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳಿ ಗನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲ ಕೊಡುವನು.

7 to those who by patience in well-doing seek for glory and honor and incorruptibility, eternal life;ಯಾರು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವದರಲ್ಲಿ ತಾಳ್ಮೆಯಿಂದಿದ್ದು ಮಹಿಮೆ ಮಾನ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ಲಯತ್ವವನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕು ತ್ತಾರೋ ಅವರಿಗೆ ನಿತ್ಯಜೀವವನ್ನೂ

8 but to those who are self-seeking, and don't obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, will be wrath and indignation,ಕಲಹಪ್ರಿಯ ರಾಗಿದ್ದು ಸತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಧೇಯರಾಗದೆ ಅನೀತಿಗೆ ವಿಧೇಯ ರಾಗಿ

9 oppression and anguish, on every soul of man who works evil, on the Jew first, and also on the Greek.ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನಿಗೆ ಅಂದರೆ ಮೊದಲು ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಆಮೇಲೆ ಅನ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಸಹ ರೌದ್ರ, ಕೋಪ, ಸಂಕಟ ಮತ್ತು ಯಾತನೆಯನೂ

10 But glory and honor and peace to every man who works good, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.ಆದರೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವ ಪ್ರತಿ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿಗೆ ಅಂದರೆ ಮೊದಲು ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಆಮೇಲೆ ಅನ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಸಹ ಮಹಿಮೆ ಮಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಧಾನವನ್ನೂ ಕೊಡುವನು.

11 For there is no partiality with God.ದೇವರಲ್ಲಿ ಪಕ್ಷಪಾತವಿಲ್ಲ.

12 For as many as have sinned without law will also perish without the law. As many as have sinned under the law will be judged by the law.ನ್ಯಾಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಪಾಪ ಮಾಡಿದವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ನಾಶವಾಗುವರು; ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣ ವುಳ್ಳವರಾಗಿದ್ದು ಪಾಪ ಮಾಡಿದವರು ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾ ಣದಿಂದಲೇ ತೀರ್ಪು ಹೊಂದುವರು.

13 For it isn't the hearers of the law who are righteous before God, but the doers of the law will be justified(ನ್ಯಾಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವವರು ದೇವರ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಲಿ ನೀತಿವಂತರಾಗುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಕೈ ಕೊಂಡು ನಡೆಯುವವರೇ ನೀತಿವಂತರೆಂದು ಎಣಿಸ ಲ್ಪಡುವರು.

14 (for when Gentiles who don't have the law do by nature the things of the law, these, not having the law, are a law to themselves,ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣವಿಲ್ಲದ ಅನ್ಯಜನರು ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿರುವವುಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಭಾವಿಕವಾಗಿ ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳುವಾಗ ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣವಿಲ್ಲದ ಇವರು ತಮಗೆ ತಾವೇ ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣವಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

15 in that they show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience testifying with them, and their thoughts among themselves accusing or else excusing them)ಅವರ ಮನಸ್ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯು ಸಹ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಕೊಟ್ಟು ಅವರ ಯೋಚನೆಗಳು ಒಂದಕ್ಕೊಂದು ತಪ್ಪುಹೊರಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಪ್ರತಿವಾದ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಇರುವದರಿಂದ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆದಿರುವ ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ).

16 in the day when God will judge the secrets of men, according to my Gospel, by Jesus Christ.ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ರಹಸ್ಯಗಳ ವಿಷಯ ವಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಸುವಾರ್ತೆಗನುಸಾರ ಯೇಸು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ದೇವರು ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರಿಸುವ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ತೀರ್ಪು ಹೊಂದುವರು.

17 Indeed you bear the name of a Jew, and rest on the law, and glory in God,ಇಗೋ, ನೀನು ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯನೆಂದು ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪ ಟ್ಟವನೂ ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಭರವಸವಿಟ್ಟವನೂ ದೇವರಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳಪಡುವವನೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದು

18 and know his will, and approve the things that are excellent, being instructed out of the law,ಆತನ ಚಿತ್ತವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದವನಾಗಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣದಿಂದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಿತ ನಾಗಿದ್ದು ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮವಾದವುಗಳನ್ನು ಮೆಚ್ಚುವವನಾ ಗಿದ್ದೀ;

19 and are confident that you yourself are a guide of the blind, a light to those who are in darkness,ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನೀನೇ ಕುರುಡರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶ ಕನೂ ಕತ್ತಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವವರಿಗೆ ಬೆಳಕೂ

20 a corrector of the foolish, a teacher of babies, having in the law the form of knowledge and of the truth.ಮೂರ್ಖರ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯನೂ ಶಿಶುಗಳ ಬೋಧಕನೂ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸತ್ಯದ ಸ್ವರೂಪವುಳ್ಳವನೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದೀ ಎಂದು ನಂಬಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೀ.

21 You therefore who teach another, don't you teach yourself? You who preach that a man shouldn't steal, do you steal?ಆದದರಿಂದ ಬೇರೊಬ್ಬನಿಗೆ ಬೋಧಿಸುವ ನೀನು ನಿನಗೆ ನೀನೇ ಬೋಧಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಿಲ್ಲವೋ? ಕದಿಯ ಬೇಡವೆಂದು ಬೇರೊಬ್ಬನಿಗೆ ಸಾರುವ ನೀನು ಕದಿಯು ತ್ತೀಯೋ?

22 You who say a man shouldn't commit adultery, do you commit adultery? You who abhor idols, do you rob temples?ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರ ಮಾಡಬಾರದೆಂದು ಹೇಳುವ ನೀನು ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೀಯೋ? ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳನ್ನು ಅಸಹ್ಯಿಸುವ ನೀನು ಪವಿತ್ರಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಹೊಲೆಮಾಡು ತ್ತೀಯೋ?

23 You who glory in the law, through your disobedience of the law do you dishonor God?ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳಪಡುವ ನೀನು ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ವಿಾರುವದರಿಂದ ದೇವ ರನ್ನು ಅವಮಾನಪಡಿಸುತ್ತೀಯೋ?

24 For "the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you," just as it is written.ಬರೆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಕಾರ--ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮೂಲಕ ದೇವರ ಹೆಸರು ಅನ್ಯ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದೂಷಿಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತದೆ.

25 For circumcision indeed profits, if you are a doer of the law, but if you are a transgressor of the law, your circumcision has become uncircumcision.ನೀನು ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಂಡರೆ ಸುನ್ನತಿಯು ನಿಜವಾಗಿಯೂ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವಾದದ್ದೇ. ಆದರೆ ನೀನು ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ವಿಾರುವದಾದರೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಸುನ್ನತಿಯು ಸುನ್ನತಿ ಅಲ್ಲ.

26 If therefore the uncircumcised keep the ordinances of the law, won't his uncircumcision be accounted as circumcision?ಆದದರಿಂದ ಸುನ್ನತಿಯಿಲ್ಲದವನು ನ್ಯಾಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಂಡರೆ ಸುನ್ನತಿಯಿಲ್ಲದವನಾದ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಅದು ಸುನ್ನತಿಯೆಂದು ಎಣಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವದಿಲ್ಲವೋ?

27 Won't the uncircumcision which is by nature, if it fulfills the law, judge you, who with the letter and circumcision are a transgressor of the law?ಸ್ವಾಭಾವಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸುನ್ನತಿಯಿಲ್ಲದವನಾಗಿದ್ದು ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣ ವನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸುವದಾದರೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣವೂ ಸುನ್ನತಿಯೂ ಇದ್ದು ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ವಿಾರಿ ನಡೆಯುವ ನಿನಗೆ ಅವನು ತೀರ್ಪು ಮಾಡುವ ದಿಲ್ಲವೋ?

28 For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, neither is that circumcision which is outward in the flesh;ಹೊರಗೆ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯನಾಗಿರುವವನು ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯನಲ್ಲ; ಹೊರಗೆ ಶರೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಸುನ್ನತಿಯು ಸುನ್ನತಿಯಲ್ಲ.

29 but he is a Jew who is one inwardly, and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit not in the letter; whose praise is not from men, but from God.ಆದರೆ ಒಳಗೆ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯ ನಾಗಿರುವವನೇ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯನು; ಸುನ್ನತಿಯು ಹೃದಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟದ್ದಾಗಿ ಅಕ್ಷರೀಕವಾಗಿರದೆ ಆತ್ಮೀಕವಾದದ್ದೇ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಹೀಗೆ ಅವನ ಹೊಗಳಿಕೆಯು ಮನುಷ್ಯರಿಂದಾ ಗಿರದೆ ದೇವರಿಂದಲೇ ಆಗಿರುವದು.
