ಆದದರಿಂದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ದೇವರಾದ ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ಇಗೋ, ನಾನು ಅಶ್ಶೂರಿನ ಅರಸನನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸಿದ ಹಾಗೆ, ಬಾಬೆಲಿನ ಅರಸನನ್ನೂ ಅವನ ದೇಶವನ್ನೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
