Deuteronomy 16:18
ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಕೊಡುವ ನಿನ್ನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬಾಗಲುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಾ ಧಿಪತಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು; ಅವರು ಜನಕ್ಕೆ ನೀತಿಯಿಂದ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರಿಸಬೇಕು.
