1 யோர்தானுக்கு அப்புறத்தில் சூரியன் உதயமாகிற திசையிலே அர்னோன் ஆறு துவக்கி எர்மோன் மலைமட்டும், கிழக்கே சமபூமி எல்லையிலெல்லாமுள்ள ராஜாக்களை இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் முறிய அடித்து, அவர்களுடைய தேசங்களையும் சுதந்தரித்துக்கொண்டார்கள். Now these are the kings of the land, which the children of Israel smote, and possessed their land on the other side Jordan toward the rising of the sun, from the river Arnon unto mount Hermon, and all the plain on the east:

2 அந்த ராஜாக்களில், எஸ்போனின் குடியிருந்த எமோரியரின் ராஜாவாகிய சீகோன், அர்னோன் ஆற்றங்கரையிலிருக்கிற ஆரோவேர் தொடங்கி ஆற்றின் நடுமையமும் பாதிக் கீலேயாத்துமுட்பட அம்மோன் புத்திரரின் எல்லையான யாபோக்கு ஆறுமட்டுமுள்ள தேசத்தையும், Sihon king of the Amorites, who dwelt in Heshbon, and ruled from Aroer, which is upon the bank of the river Arnon, and from the middle of the river, and from half Gilead, even unto the river Jabbok, which is the border of the children of Ammon;

3 சமனான வெளிதுவக்கிக் கிழக்கேயிருக்கிற கின்னரேத் கடல்மட்டும் பெத்யெசிமோத் வழியாய்க் கிழக்கேயிருக்கிற சமனான வெளியின் கடலாகிய உப்புக்கடல்மட்டும் இருக்கிறதேசத்தையும் தெற்கே அஸ்தோத் பிஸ்காவுக்குத் தாழ்வாயிருக்கிற தேசத்தையும் ஆண்டான். And from the plain to the sea of Chinneroth on the east, and unto the sea of the plain, even the salt sea on the east, the way to Bethjeshimoth; and from the south, under Ashdothpisgah:

4 இராட்சதரில் மீதியான பாசானின் ராஜாவாகிய ஓகின் எல்லையையும் சுதந்தரித்துக்கொண்டார்கள்; அவன் அஸ்தரோத்திலும் எத்ரேயிலும் வாசம்பண்ணி, And the coast of Og king of Bashan, which was of the remnant of the giants, that dwelt at Ashtaroth and at Edrei,

5 எர்மோன் மலையையும் சல்காவையும், கெசூரியர், மாகாத்தியர் எல்லைமட்டும் எஸ்போனின் ராஜாவாகிய சீகோனின் எல்லையாயிருந்த பாதிக் கீலேயாத்மட்டும் இருக்கும் பாரான் அனைத்தையும் ஆண்டான். And reigned in mount Hermon, and in Salcah, and in all Bashan, unto the border of the Geshurites and the Maachathites, and half Gilead, the border of Sihon king of Heshbon.

6 அவர்களைக் கர்த்தரின் தாசனாகிய மோசேயும் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரும் முறிய அடித்தார்கள்; அத்தேசத்தைக் கர்த்தரின் தாசனாகிய மோசே ரூபனியருக்கும் காத்தியருக்கும் மனாசேயின் பாதிக்கோத்திரத்துக்கும் சுதந்தரமாகக் கொடுத்தான். Them did Moses the servant of the LORD and the children of Israel smite: and Moses the servant of the LORD gave it for a possession unto the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the half tribe of Manasseh.

7 யோர்தானுக்கு இப்புறத்திலே மேற்கே லீபனோனின் பள்ளத்தாக்கிலுள்ள பாகால்காத்முதற்கொண்டு சேயீருக்கு ஏறிப்போகிற ஆலாக்மலைமட்டும், மலைகளிலும் பள்ளத்தாக்குகளிலும் சமபூமியிலும் மலைகளுக்கடுத்த புறங்களிலும் வனாந்தரத்திலும் தெற்குத் தேசத்திலும் இருக்கிறதும், And these are the kings of the country which Joshua and the children of Israel smote on this side Jordan on the west, from Baalgad in the valley of Lebanon even unto the mount Halak, that goeth up to Seir; which Joshua gave unto the tribes of Israel for a possession according to their divisions;

8 யோசுவா இஸ்ரவேல் கோத்திரங்களுக்குச் சுதந்தரமாகப் பங்கிட்டதுமான ஏத்தியர், எமோரியர், கானானியர், பெரிசியர், ஏவியர், எபூசியர் என்பவர்களுடைய தேசத்தில் இருந்தவர்களும், யோசுவாவும் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரும் முறிய அடித்தவர்களுமான ராஜாக்கள் யாரெனில்: In the mountains, and in the valleys, and in the plains, and in the springs, and in the wilderness, and in the south country; the Hittites, the Amorites, and the Canaanites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites:

9 எரிகோவின் ராஜா ஒன்று, பெத்தேலுக்கு அருகான ஆயியின் ராஜா ஒன்று, The king of Jericho, one; the king of Ai, which is beside Bethel, one;

10 எருசலேமின் ராஜா ஒன்று, எபிரோனின் ராஜா ஒன்று, The king of Jerusalem, one; the king of Hebron, one;

11 யர்மூத்தின் ராஜா ஒன்று, லாகீசின் ராஜா ஒன்று, The king of Jarmuth, one; the king of Lachish, one;

12 எக்லோனின் ராஜா ஒன்று, கேசேரின் ராஜா ஒன்று, The king of Eglon, one; the king of Gezer, one;

13 தெபீரின் ராஜா ஒன்று, கெதேரின் ராஜா ஒன்று, The king of Debir, one; the king of Geder, one;

14 ஒர்மாவின் ராஜா ஒன்று, ஆராதின் ராஜா ஒன்று, The king of Hormah, one; the king of Arad, one;

15 லிப்னாவின் ராஜா ஒன்று, அதுல்லாமின் ராஜா ஒன்று, The king of Libnah, one; the king of Adullam, one;

16 மக்கெதாவின் ராஜா ஒன்று, பெத்தேலின் ராஜா ஒன்று, The king of Makkedah, one; the king of Bethel, one;

17 தப்புவாவின் ராஜா ஒன்று, எப்பேரின் ராஜா ஒன்று, The king of Tappuah, one; the king of Hepher, one;

18 ஆப்பெக்கின் ராஜா ஒன்று, லசரோனின் ராஜா ஒன்று, The king of Aphek, one; the king of Lasharon, one;

19 மாதோனின் ராஜா ஒன்று, ஆத்சோரின் ராஜா ஒன்று, The king of Madon, one; the king of Hazor, one;

20 சிம்சோன் மேரோனின் ராஜா ஒன்று, அக்சாபின் ராஜா ஒன்று, The king of Shimronmeron, one; the king of Achshaph, one;

21 தானாகின் ராஜா ஒன்று, மெகிதோவின் ராஜா ஒன்று, The king of Taanach, one; the king of Megiddo, one;

22 கேதேசின் ராஜா ஒன்று, கர்மேலுக்கடுத்த யொக்னியாமின் ராஜா ஒன்று, The king of Kedesh, one; the king of Jokneam of Carmel, one;

23 தோரின் கரையைச் சேர்ந்த தோரின் ராஜா ஒன்று, கில்காலுக்கடுத்த ஜாதிகளின் ராஜா ஒன்று, The king of Dor in the coast of Dor, one; the king of the nations of Gilgal, one;

24 திர்சாவின் ராஜா ஒன்று, ஆக இவர்களெல்லாரும் முப்பத்தொரு ராஜாக்கள். The king of Tirzah, one: all the kings thirty and one.

2 Antha raajaakkalil, esponin kutiyiruntha emoriyarin raajaavaakiya seekon, arnon aattangaraiyilirukkira aarovaer thodangi aattin nadumaiyamum paathik geelaeyaaththumutpada ammon puththirarin ellaiyaana yaapokku aaraுmattumulla thaesaththaiyum, Sihon king of the Amorites, who dwelt in Heshbon, and ruled from Aroer, which is upon the bank of the river Arnon, and from the middle of the river, and from half Gilead, even unto the river Jabbok, which is the border of the children of Ammon;

3 Samanaana velithuvakkik kilakkaeyirukkira kinnaraeth kadalmattum pethyesimoth valiyaayk kilakkaeyirukkira samanaana veliyin kadalaakiya uppukkadalmattum irukkirathaesaththaiyum therkae asthoth piskaavukkuth thaalvaayirukkira thaesaththaiyum aanndaan. And from the plain to the sea of Chinneroth on the east, and unto the sea of the plain, even the salt sea on the east, the way to Bethjeshimoth; and from the south, under Ashdothpisgah:

4 Iraatchatharil meethiyaana paasaanin raajaavaakiya okin ellaiyaiyum suthanthariththukkonndaarkal; avan astharoththilum ethraeyilum vaasampannnni, And the coast of Og king of Bashan, which was of the remnant of the giants, that dwelt at Ashtaroth and at Edrei,

5 Ermon malaiyaiyum salkaavaiyum, kesooriyar, maakaaththiyar ellaimattum esponin raajaavaakiya seekonin ellaiyaayiruntha paathik geelaeyaathmattum irukkum paaraan anaiththaiyum aanndaan. And reigned in mount Hermon, and in Salcah, and in all Bashan, unto the border of the Geshurites and the Maachathites, and half Gilead, the border of Sihon king of Heshbon.

6 Avarkalaik karththarin thaasanaakiya Mosesyum Israel puththirarum muriya atiththaarkal; aththaesaththaik karththarin thaasanaakiya Moses roopaniyarukkum kaaththiyarukkum manaaseyin paathikkoththiraththukkum suthantharamaakak koduththaan. Them did Moses the servant of the LORD and the children of Israel smite: and Moses the servant of the LORD gave it for a possession unto the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the half tribe of Manasseh.

7 Yorthaanukku ippuraththilae maerkae leepanonin pallaththaakkilulla paakaalkaathmutharkonndu seyeerukku aerippokira aalaakmalaimattum, malaikalilum pallaththaakkukalilum samapoomiyilum malaikalukkaduththa purangalilum vanaantharaththilum therkuth thaesaththilum irukkirathum, And these are the kings of the country which Joshua and the children of Israel smote on this side Jordan on the west, from Baalgad in the valley of Lebanon even unto the mount Halak, that goeth up to Seir; which Joshua gave unto the tribes of Israel for a possession according to their divisions;

8 Yosuvaa Israel koththirangalukkuch suthantharamaakap pangittathumaana aeththiyar, emoriyar, kaanaaniyar, perisiyar, aeviyar, epoosiyar enpavarkalutaiya thaesaththil irunthavarkalum, yosuvaavum Israel puththirarum muriya atiththavarkalumaana raajaakkal yaarenil: In the mountains, and in the valleys, and in the plains, and in the springs, and in the wilderness, and in the south country; the Hittites, the Amorites, and the Canaanites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites:

9 Erikovin raajaa ontu, peththaelukku arukaana aayiyin raajaa ontu, The king of Jericho, one; the king of Ai, which is beside Bethel, one;

10 Erusalaemin raajaa ontu, epironin raajaa ontu, The king of Jerusalem, one; the king of Hebron, one;

11 Yarmooththin raajaa ontu, laageesin raajaa ontu, The king of Jarmuth, one; the king of Lachish, one;

12 Eklonin raajaa ontu, kaeserin raajaa ontu, The king of Eglon, one; the king of Gezer, one;

13 Thepeerin raajaa ontu, kethaerin raajaa ontu, The king of Debir, one; the king of Geder, one;

14 Ormaavin raajaa ontu, aaraathin raajaa ontu, The king of Hormah, one; the king of Arad, one;

15 Lipnaavin raajaa ontu, athullaamin raajaa ontu, The king of Libnah, one; the king of Adullam, one;

16 Makkethaavin raajaa ontu, peththaelin raajaa ontu, The king of Makkedah, one; the king of Bethel, one;

17 Thappuvaavin raajaa ontu, eppaerin raajaa ontu, The king of Tappuah, one; the king of Hepher, one;

18 Aappekkin raajaa ontu, lasaronin raajaa ontu, The king of Aphek, one; the king of Lasharon, one;

19 Maathonin raajaa ontu, aathsorin raajaa ontu, The king of Madon, one; the king of Hazor, one;

20 Simson maeronin raajaa ontu, aksaapin raajaa ontu, The king of Shimronmeron, one; the king of Achshaph, one;

21 Thaanaakin raajaa ontu, mekithovin raajaa ontu, The king of Taanach, one; the king of Megiddo, one;

22 Kaethaesin raajaa ontu, karmaelukkaduththa yokniyaamin raajaa ontu, The king of Kedesh, one; the king of Jokneam of Carmel, one;

23 Thorin karaiyaich serntha thorin raajaa ontu, kilkaalukkaduththa jaathikalin raajaa ontu, The king of Dor in the coast of Dor, one; the king of the nations of Gilgal, one;

24 Thirsaavin raajaa ontu, aaka ivarkalellaarum muppaththoru raajaakkal. The king of Tirzah, one: all the kings thirty and one.
