Numbers 15 - BBE (Hindi)

1 And the Lord said to Moses,फिर यहोवा ने मूसा से कहा,

2 Say to the children of Israel, When you have come into the land which I am giving to you for your resting-place,इस्त्राएलियों से कह, कि जब तुम अपने निवास के देश में पहुंचों, जो मैं तुम्हे देता हूं,

3 And are going to make an offering by fire to the Lord, a burned offering or an offering in connection with an oath, or an offering freely given, or at your regular feasts, an offering for a sweet smell to the Lord, from the herd or the flock:और यहोवा के लिये क्या होमबलि, क्या मेलबलि, कोई हव्य चढ़ावो, चाहे वह विशेष मन्नत पूरी करने का हो चाहे स्वेच्छाबलि का हो, चाहे तुम्हारे नियत समयों में का हो, या वह चाहे गाय-बैल चाहे भेड़-बकरियों में का हो, जिस से यहोवा के लिये सुखदायक सुगन्ध हो;

4 Then let him who is making his offering, give to the Lord a meal offering of a tenth part of a measure of the best meal mixed with a fourth part of a hin of oil:तब उस होमबलि वा मेलबलि के संग भेड़ के बच्चे पीछे यहोवा के लिये चौताई हिन तेल से सना हुआ एपा का दसवां अंश मैदा अन्नबलि करके चढ़ाना,

5 And for the drink offering, you are to give with the burned offering or other offering, the fourth part of a hin of wine for every lamb.और चौथाई हिन दाखमधु अर्घ करके देना।

6 Or for a male sheep, give as a meal offering two tenth parts of a measure of the best meal mixed with a third part of a hin of oil:और मेढ़े पीछे तिहाई हिन तेल से सना हुआ एपा का दो दसवां अंश मैदा अन्नबलि करके चढ़ाना;

7 And for the drink offering give a third part of a hin of wine, for a sweet smell to the Lord.और उसका अर्घ यहोवा को सुखदायक सुगन्ध देने वाला तिहाई दिन दाखमधु देना।

8 And when you make ready a young ox for a burned or other offering, or for the effecting of an oath, or for peace-offerings to the Lord:और जब तू यहोवा को होमबलि वा किसी विशेष मन्नत पूरी करने के लिये बलि वा मेलबलि करके बछड़ा चढ़ाए,

9 Then with the ox give a meal offering of three tenth parts of a measure of the best meal mixed with half a hin of oil.तब बछड़े का चढ़ाने वाला उसके संग आध हिन तेल से सना हुआ एपा का तीन दसवां अंश मैदा अन्नबलि करके चढ़ाए।

10 And for the drink offering: give half a hin of wine, for an offering made by fire for a sweet smell to the Lord.और उसका अर्घ आध हिन दाखमधु चढ़ाए, वह यहोवा को सुखदायक सुगन्ध देने वाला हव्य होगा।

11 This is to be done for every young ox and for every male sheep or he-lamb or young goat.एक एक बछड़े, वा मेढ़े, वा भेड़ के बच्चे, वा बकरी के बच्चे के साथ इसी रीति चढ़ावा चढ़ाया जाए।

12 Whatever number you make ready, so you are to do for every one.तुम्हारे बलिपशुओं की जितनी गिनती हो, उसी गिनती के अनुसार एक एक के साथ ऐसा ही किया करना।

13 All those who are Israelites by birth are to do these things in this way, when giving an offering made by fire of a sweet smell to the Lord.जितने देशी हों वे यहोवा को सुखदायक सुगन्ध देने वाला हव्य चढ़ाते समय ये काम इसी रीति से किया करें।

14 And if a man from another country or any other person living among you, through all your generations, has the desire to give an offering made by fire of a sweet smell to the Lord, let him do as you do.और यदि कोई परदेशी तुम्हारे संग रहता हो, वा तुम्हारी किसी पीढ़ी में तुम्हारे बीच कोई रहने वाला हो, और वह यहोवा को सुखदायक सुगन्ध देने वाला हव्य चढ़ाना चाहे, तो जिस प्रकार तुम करोगे उसी प्रकार वह भी करे।

15 There is to be one law for you and for the man of another country living with you, one law for ever from generation to generation; as you are, so is he to be before the Lord.मण्डली के लिये, अर्थात तुम्हारे और तुम्हारे संग रहने वाले परदेशी दोनों के लिये एक ही विधि हो; तुम्हारी पीढ़ी पीढ़ी में यह सदा की विधि ठहरे, कि जैसे तुम हो वैसे ही पर देशी भी यहोवा के लिये ठहरता है।

16 The law and the rule are to be the same for you and for those from other lands living with you.तुम्हारे और तुम्हारे संग रहने वाले परदेशियों के लिये एक ही व्यवस्था और एक ही नियम है॥

17 And the Lord said to Moses,फिर यहोवा ने मूसा से कहा,

18 Say to the children of Israel, When you come into the land where I am guiding you,इस्त्राएलियों को मेरा यह वचन सुना, कि जब तुम उस देश में पहुंचो जहां मैं तुम को लिये जाता हूं,

19 Then, when you take for your food the produce of the land, you are to give an offering lifted up before the Lord.और उस देश की उपज का अन्न खाओ, तब यहोवा के लिये उठाई हुई भेंट चढ़ाया करो।

20 Of the first of your rough meal you are to give a cake for a lifted offering, lifting it up before the Lord as the offering of the grain-floor is lifted up.अपने पहिले गूंधे हुए आटे की एक पपड़ी उठाई हुई भेंट करके यहोवा के लिये चढ़ाना; जैसे तुम खलिहान में से उठाई हुई भेंट चढ़ाओगे वैसे ही उसको भी उठाया करना।

21 From generation to generation you are to give to the Lord a lifted offering from the first of your rough meal.अपनी पीढ़ी पीढ़ी में अपने पहिले गूंधे हुए आटे में से यहोवा को उठाई हुई भेंट दिया करना॥

22 And if in error you go against any of these laws which the Lord has given to Moses,फिर जब तुम इन सब आज्ञाओं में से जिन्हें यहोवा ने मूसा को दिया है किसी का उल्लंघन भूल से करो,

23 All the laws which the Lord has given you by the hand of Moses, from the day when the Lord gave them, and ever after from generation to generation;अर्थात जिस दिन से यहोवा आज्ञा देने लगा, और आगे की तुम्हारी पीढ़ी पीढ़ी में उस दिन से उसने जितनी आज्ञाएं मूसा के द्वारा दी हैं,

24 Then, if the wrong is done in error, without the knowledge of the meeting of the people, let all the meeting give a young ox as a burned offering, a sweet smell to the Lord, with its meal offering and its drink offering, as is ordered in the law, together with a he-goat for a sin-offering.उस में यदि भूल से किया हुआ पाप मण्डली के बिना जाने हुआ हो, तो सारी मण्डली यहोवा को सुखदायक सुगन्ध देने वाला होमबलि करके एक बछड़ा, और उसके संग नियम के अनुसार उसका अन्नबलि और अर्घ चढ़ाए, और पापबलि करके एक बकरा चढ़ाए।

25 So the priest will make the people free from sin, and they will have forgiveness; for it was an error, and they have given their offering made by fire to the Lord, and their sin-offering before the Lord, on account of their error:जब याजक इस्त्राएलियों की सारी मण्डली के लिये प्रायश्चित्त करे, और उनकी क्षमा की जाएगी; क्योंकि उनका पाप भूल से हुआ, और उन्होंने अपनी भूल के लिये अपना चढ़ावा, अर्थात यहोवा के लिये हव्य और अपना पापबलि उसके साम्हने चढ़ाया।

26 And all the meeting of the children of Israel, as well as those from other lands living among them, will have forgiveness; for it was an error on the part of the people.सो इस्त्राएलियों की सारी मण्डली का, और उसके बीच रहने वाले परदेशी का भी, वह पाप क्षमा किया जाएगा, क्योंकि वह सब लोगों के अनजान में हुआ।

27 And if one person does wrong, without being conscious of it, then let him give a she-goat of the first year for a sin-offering.फिर यदि कोई प्राणी भूल से पाप करे, तो वह एक वर्ष की एक बकरी पापबलि करके चढ़ाए।

28 And the priest will take away the sin of the person who has done wrong, if the wrong was done unconsciously, and he will have forgiveness.और याजक भूल से पाप करने वाले प्राणी के लिये यहोवा के साम्हने प्रायश्चित्त करे; सो इस प्रायश्चित्त के कारण उसका वह पाप क्षमा किया जाएगा।

29 The law in connection with wrong done unconsciously is to be the same for him who is an Israelite by birth and for the man from another country who is living among them.जो कोई भूल से कुछ करे, चाहे वह परदेशी हो कर रहता हो, सब के लिये तुम्हारी एक ही व्यवस्था हो।

30 But the person who does wrong in the pride of his heart, if he is one of you or of another nation by birth, is acting without respect for the Lord, and will be cut off from his people.परन्तु क्या देशी क्या परदेशी, जो प्राणी ढिठाई से कुछ करे, वह यहोवा का अनादर करने वाला ठहरेगा, और वह प्राणी अपने लोगों में से नाश किया जाए।

31 Because he had no respect for the word of the Lord, and did not keep his law, that man will be cut off without mercy and his sin will be on him.वह जो यहोवा का वचन तुच्छ जानता है, और उसकी आज्ञा का टालनेवाला है, इसलिये वह प्राणी निश्चय नाश किया जाए; उसका अधर्म उसी के सिर पड़ेगा॥

32 Now while the children of Israel were in the waste land, they saw a man who was getting sticks on the Sabbath day.जब इस्त्राएली जंगल में रहते थे, उन दिनों एक मनुष्य विश्राम के दिन लकड़ी बीनता हुआ मिला।

33 And those who saw him getting sticks took him before Moses and Aaron and all the people.और जिन को वह लकड़ी बीनता हुआ मिला, वे उसको मूसा और हारून, और सारी मण्डली के पास ले गए।

34 And they had him shut up, because they had no directions about what was to be done with him.उन्होंने उसको हवालात में रखा, क्योंकि ऐसे मनुष्य से क्या करना चाहिये वह प्रकट नहीं किया गया था।

35 Then the Lord said to Moses, Certainly the man is to be put to death: let him be stoned by all the people outside the tent-circle.तब यहोवा ने मूसा से कहा, वह मनुष्य निश्चय मार डाला जाए; सारी मण्डली के लोग छावनी के बाहर उस पर पत्थरवाह करें।

36 So all the people took him outside the tent-circle and he was stoned to death there, as the Lord gave orders to Moses.सो जैसा यहोवा ने मूसा को आज्ञा दी थी उसी के अनुसार सारी मण्डली के लोगों ने उसको छावनी से बाहर ले जा कर पत्थरवाह किया, और वह मर गया।

37 And the Lord said to Moses,फिर यहोवा ने मूसा से कहा,

38 Say to the children of Israel that through all their generations they are to put on the edges of their robes an ornament of twisted threads, and in every ornament a blue cord;इस्त्राएलियों से कह, कि अपनी पीढ़ी पीढ़ी में अपने वस्त्रों के कोर पर झालर लगाया करना, और एक एक कोर की झालर पर एक नीला फीता लगाया करना;

39 So that, looking on these ornaments, you may keep in mind the orders of the Lord and do them; and not be guided by the desires of your hearts and eyes, through which you have been untrue to me:और वह तुम्हारे लिये ऐसी झालर ठहरे, जिस से जब जब तुम उसे देखो तब तब यहोवा की सारी आज्ञाएं तुम हो स्मरण आ जाएं; और तुम उनका पालन करो, और तुम अपने अपने मन और अपनी अपनी दृष्टि के वश में हो कर व्यभिचार न करते फिरो जैसे करते आए हो।

40 And that you may keep in mind all my orders and do them and be holy to your God.परन्तु तुम यहोवा की सब आज्ञाओं को स्मरण करके उनका पालन करो, और अपने परमेश्वर के लिये पवित्र बनो।

41 I am the Lord your God, who took you out of the land of Egypt, so that I might be your God: I am the Lord your God.मैं यहोवा तुम्हारा परमेश्वर हूं, जो तुम्हे मिस्र देश से निकाल ले आया कि तुम्हारा परमेश्वर ठहरूं; मैं तुम्हारा परमेश्वर यहोवा हूं॥
