John 10
22 यरूशलेम में स्थापन पर्व हुआ, और जाड़े की ऋतु थी।
23 और यीशु मन्दिर में सुलैमान के ओसारे में टहल रहा था।
24 तब यहूदियों ने उसे आ घेरा और पूछा, तू हमारे मन को कब तक दुविधा में रखेगा? यदि तू मसीह है, तो हम से साफ कह दे।
25 यीशु ने उन्हें उत्तर दिया, कि मैं ने तुम से कह दिया, और तुम प्रतीति करते ही नहीं, जो काम मैं अपने पिता के नाम से करता हूं वे ही मेरे गवाह हैं।
26 परन्तु तुम इसलिये प्रतीति नहीं करते, कि मेरी भेड़ों में से नहीं हो।
27 मेरी भेड़ें मेरा शब्द सुनती हैं, और मैं उन्हें जानता हूं, और वे मेरे पीछे पीछे चलती हैं।
28 और मैं उन्हें अनन्त जीवन देता हूं, और वे कभी नाश न होंगी, और कोई उन्हें मेरे हाथ से छीन न लेगा।
29 मेरा पिता, जिस ने उन्हें मुझ को दिया है, सब से बड़ा है, और कोई उन्हें पिता के हाथ से छीन नहीं सकता।
30 मैं और पिता एक हैं।
31 यहूदियों ने उसे पत्थरवाह करने को फिर पत्थर उठाए।
32 इस पर यीशु ने उन से कहा, कि मैं ने तुम्हें अपने पिता की ओर से बहुत से भले काम दिखाए हैं, उन में से किस काम के लिये तुम मुझे पत्थरवाह करते हो?
33 यहूदियों ने उस को उत्तर दिया, कि भले काम के लिये हम तुझे पत्थरवाह नहीं करते, परन्तु परमेश्वर की निन्दा के कारण और इसलिये कि तू मनुष्य होकर अपने आप को परमेश्वर बनाता है।
34 यीशु ने उन्हें उत्तर दिया, क्या तुम्हारी व्यवस्था में नहीं लिखा है कि मैं ने कहा, तुम ईश्वर हो?
35 यदि उस ने उन्हें ईश्वर कहा जिन के पास परमेश्वर का वचन पहुंचा (और पवित्र शास्त्र की बात लोप नहीं हो सकती।)
36 तो जिसे पिता ने पवित्र ठहराकर जगत में भेजा है, तुम उस से कहते हो कि तू निन्दा करता है, इसलिये कि मैं ने कहा, मैं परमेश्वर का पुत्र हूं।
37 यदि मैं अपने पिता के काम नहीं करता, तो मेरी प्रतीति न करो।
38 परन्तु यदि मैं करता हूं, तो चाहे मेरी प्रतीति न भी करो, परन्तु उन कामों की तो प्रतीति करो, ताकि तुम जानो, और समझो, कि पिता मुझ में है, और मैं पिता में हूं।
39 तब उन्होंने फिर उसे पकड़ने का प्रयत्न किया परन्तु वह उन के हाथ से निकल गया॥
40 फिर वह यरदन के पार उस स्थान पर चला गया, जहां यूहन्ना पहिले बपतिस्मा दिया करता था, और वहीं रहा।
41 और बहुतेरे उसके पास आकर कहते थे, कि युहन्ना ने तो कोई चिन्ह नहीं दिखाया, परन्तु जो कुछ यूहन्ना ने इस के विषय में कहा था वह सब सच था।
22 And it was at Jerusalem the feast of the dedication, and it was winter.
23 And Jesus walked in the temple in Solomon’s porch.
24 Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be the Christ, tell us plainly.
25 Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father’s name, they bear witness of me.
26 But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.
27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand.
30 I and my Father are one.
31 Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him.
32 Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?
33 The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.
34 Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?
35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;
36 Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?
37 If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not.
38 But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.
39 Therefore they sought again to take him: but he escaped out of their hand,
40 And went away again beyond Jordan into the place where John at first baptized; and there he abode.
41 And many resorted unto him, and said, John did no miracle: but all things that John spake of this man were true.

Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father’s name, they bear witness of me.
26 परन्तु तुम इसलिये प्रतीति नहीं करते, कि मेरी भेड़ों में से नहीं हो।
But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.
27 मेरी भेड़ें मेरा शब्द सुनती हैं, और मैं उन्हें जानता हूं, और वे मेरे पीछे पीछे चलती हैं।
My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
28 और मैं उन्हें अनन्त जीवन देता हूं, और वे कभी नाश न होंगी, और कोई उन्हें मेरे हाथ से छीन न लेगा।
And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
29 मेरा पिता, जिस ने उन्हें मुझ को दिया है, सब से बड़ा है, और कोई उन्हें पिता के हाथ से छीन नहीं सकता।
My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand.
30 मैं और पिता एक हैं।
I and my Father are one.
31 यहूदियों ने उसे पत्थरवाह करने को फिर पत्थर उठाए।
Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him.
32 इस पर यीशु ने उन से कहा, कि मैं ने तुम्हें अपने पिता की ओर से बहुत से भले काम दिखाए हैं, उन में से किस काम के लिये तुम मुझे पत्थरवाह करते हो?
Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?
33 यहूदियों ने उस को उत्तर दिया, कि भले काम के लिये हम तुझे पत्थरवाह नहीं करते, परन्तु परमेश्वर की निन्दा के कारण और इसलिये कि तू मनुष्य होकर अपने आप को परमेश्वर बनाता है।
The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.
34 यीशु ने उन्हें उत्तर दिया, क्या तुम्हारी व्यवस्था में नहीं लिखा है कि मैं ने कहा, तुम ईश्वर हो?
Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?
35 यदि उस ने उन्हें ईश्वर कहा जिन के पास परमेश्वर का वचन पहुंचा (और पवित्र शास्त्र की बात लोप नहीं हो सकती।)
If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;
36 तो जिसे पिता ने पवित्र ठहराकर जगत में भेजा है, तुम उस से कहते हो कि तू निन्दा करता है, इसलिये कि मैं ने कहा, मैं परमेश्वर का पुत्र हूं।
Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?
37 यदि मैं अपने पिता के काम नहीं करता, तो मेरी प्रतीति न करो।
If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not.
38 परन्तु यदि मैं करता हूं, तो चाहे मेरी प्रतीति न भी करो, परन्तु उन कामों की तो प्रतीति करो, ताकि तुम जानो, और समझो, कि पिता मुझ में है, और मैं पिता में हूं।
But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.
39 तब उन्होंने फिर उसे पकड़ने का प्रयत्न किया परन्तु वह उन के हाथ से निकल गया॥
Therefore they sought again to take him: but he escaped out of their hand,
40 फिर वह यरदन के पार उस स्थान पर चला गया, जहां यूहन्ना पहिले बपतिस्मा दिया करता था, और वहीं रहा।
And went away again beyond Jordan into the place where John at first baptized; and there he abode.
41 और बहुतेरे उसके पास आकर कहते थे, कि युहन्ना ने तो कोई चिन्ह नहीं दिखाया, परन्तु जो कुछ यूहन्ना ने इस के विषय में कहा था वह सब सच था।
And many resorted unto him, and said, John did no miracle: but all things that John spake of this man were true.
