અંતકરણને પારખનાર દેવ આત્માના મનમાં શું છે તે જાણે છે. કારણ કે પવિત્ર આત્મા લોકોના હૃદયમાં જોઈ શકે છે અને અંત:કરણમાં શું છે તે પણ જાણે છે, કારણ કે તેના પોતાના લોકો વતી દેવ જે ઈચ્છે છે તે આત્મા દેવને કહે છે.
