Psalm 119
9 જુવાન માણસ કેવી રીતે પોતાનું જીવન શુદ્ધ રાખી શકે? તમારા વચનોને અનુસરીને તે કરી શકે છે.
10 મેઁ મારા ખરા હૃદયથી તને શોધ્યો છે; તારી આજ્ઞાઓથી ચૂકીને મને ભટકવા ન દે.
11 મેં તમારા વચન કાળજી પૂર્વક મારા હૃદયમા રાખી મૂક્યા છે; જેથી, તમારી વિરુદ્ધ હું ફરી પાપ ન કરું.
12 2યહોવાની સ્તુતિ થાય! કૃપા કરીને મને તમારા વિધિઓ શીખવો.
13 મારા હોઠોથી હું તમારા બધાં નિયમો વિષે વાત કરીશ.
14 સંપત્તિ કરતાં તમારા નિયમોમાં મને વધુ આનંદ મળે છે.
15 હું તમારા શાસનોની ચર્ચા કરું છું, હું તમારા જીવન જીવવાના માર્ગને અનુસરું છું.
16 હું તમારા વિધિઓને માનું છું; હું તેમને ભૂલી જઇશ નહિ.
9 Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.
10 With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.
11 Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.
12 Blessed art thou, O Lord: teach me thy statutes.
13 With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth.
14 I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as much as in all riches.
15 I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways.
16 I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.

Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.
