137 હે યહોવા, તમે ન્યાયી છો, તમારા ન્યાયવચનો યથાર્થ છે.
138 તમે તમારા સાક્ષ્યો અમને આપ્યા, ખરેખર અમે તેમનો વિશ્વાસ કરી શકીએ.
139 તમારા માટેનો મારો ઉત્સાહ મને ક્ષીણ કરી રહ્યો છે, કારણ મારા શત્રુઓ તમારા નિયમોને ભૂલી ગયાં છે.
140 તમારા શબ્દો તદૃન નિર્મળ છે; અને તેથી આ તમારો સેવક તમારા શબ્દોને ચાહે છે.
141 જો કે હું યુવાન છું અને લોકો મને માન આપતાં નથી, હું તમારા શાસનોને કદી ભૂલી જતો નથી.
142 તમારું ન્યાયીપણું તો અનંતકાળ ટકશે; તમારો નિયમ સાચા અને વિશ્વસનીય છે.
143 મને ઉપાધિઓ અને આપત્તિઓએ જકડી લીધો છે. પરંતુ તમારી આજ્ઞામાં મારી પ્રસન્નતા રહે છે.
144 તમારા સાક્ષ્યો સદાકાળ ન્યાયયુકત છે, માટે મને સમજણ આપ, જેથી હું જીવતો રહીશ.

138 Thy testimonies that thou hast commanded are righteous and very faithful.
139 My zeal hath consumed me, because mine enemies have forgotten thy words.
140 Thy word is very pure: therefore thy servant loveth it.
141 I am small and despised: yet do not I forget thy precepts.
142 Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is the truth.
143 Trouble and anguish have taken hold on me: yet thy commandments are my delights.
144 The righteousness of thy testimonies is everlasting: give me understanding, and I shall live.
