આ સર્વનું કારણ એ છે કે, નિનવેહ એક વેશ્યા જેવી બની ગઇ છે, જાદુક્રિયામાં પ્રવીણ નિનવેહનગરે પોતાની સુંદરતાથી વેશ્યાગીરીથી પ્રજાઓને લોભાવી અને તેઓને જાળમાં ફસાવી દીધા. નિનવેહે તેના જાદુથી પરિવારોને આકષિર્ત કર્યા.
