“જ્યારે તમે ગરીબોને આપો તો તેની જાહેરાત કરશો નહિ. દંભી લોકો દાન આપતાં પહેલાં તેનાં બણગાં ફૂંકે છે અને લોકો તેમને આપતા જુએ એ રીતે જાહેરમાં ધર્મસ્થાનો અને શેરીઓમાં આપે છે. કારણ બીજા લોકો તેમને માન આપે તેવું તેઓ ઈચ્છે છે. હું તમને સત્ય કહું છું તેમને જે બદલો મળ્યો છે તે એટલો જ છે.
