וַיַּֽעֲל֣וּ up va-ya-uh-LOO בְנֵֽי (And veh-NAY יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל children yees-ra-ALE וַיִּבְכּ֣וּ the va-yeev-KOO לִפְנֵֽי of leef-NAY יְהוָה֮ Israel yeh-VA עַד and ad הָעֶרֶב֒ wept ha-eh-REV וַיִּשְׁאֲל֤וּ before va-yeesh-uh-LOO בַֽיהוָה֙ Lord vai-VA לֵאמֹ֔ר the lay-MORE הַֽאוֹסִ֗יף until ha-oh-SEEF לָגֶ֙שֶׁת֙ even, la-ɡEH-SHET לַמִּלְחָמָ֔ה and la-meel-ha-MA עִם asked eem בְּנֵ֥י counsel beh-NAY בִנְיָמִ֖ן Lord, veen-ya-MEEN אָחִ֑י the ah-HEE וַיֹּ֥אמֶר of va-YOH-mer יְהוָ֖ה saying, yeh-VA עֲל֥וּ again uh-LOO אֵלָֽיו׃ up ay-LAIV
