Job 9 - BBE (Gujarati)

1 And Job made answer and said,ત્યારે અયૂબે જવાબ આપ્યો:

2 Truly, I see that it is so: and how is it possible for a man to get his right before God?“હા, હું જાણું છું કે તું સાચું બોલે છે. પરંતુ દેવ સાથેની દલીલ માણસ કેવી રીતે જીતી શકે?

3 If a man was desiring to go to law with him, he would not be able to give him an answer to one out of a thousand questions.જો દેવ તેની સાથે દલીલ કરે, તો દેવના 1,000 પ્રશ્ર્નોમાંથી શું ઓછામાંઓછો એકનો જવાબ તે આપી શકશે?

4 He is wise in heart and great in strength: who ever made his face hard against him, and any good came of it?તે વિદ્વાન તથા સર્વસમર્થ છે, કોઇપણ માણસ ઇજા પામ્યા વગર દેવ સામે લડી શકે તેમ નથી.

5 It is he who takes away the mountains without their knowledge, overturning them in his wrath:તે દેવ જ્યારે ગુંસ્સે થાય છે ત્યારે પર્વતોને હલાવી દે છે અને તેઓને તેની ખબર પડતી નથી.

6 Who is moving the earth out of its place, so that its pillars are shaking:દેવ પૃથ્વીને હલાવવા ધરતીકંપો મોકલે છે. દેવ પૃથ્વીના પાયાઓ હલાવી નાખે છે.

7 Who gives orders to the sun, and it does not give its light; and who keeps the stars from shining.જો તે આજ્ઞા કરે, તો સૂર્ય ઊગશે નહિ, અને એ તારાઓને ગોંધી શકે છે જેથી તેઓ ઝગમગી શકે નહિ.

8 By whose hand the heavens were stretched out, and who is walking on the waves of the sea:તેણે એકલે હાથે આકાશને પાથર્યુ છે, અને સમુદ્રના મોજા પર ચાલે છે.

9 Who made the Bear and Orion, and the Pleiades, and the store-houses of the south:તેણે સપ્તષિર્, મૃગશીર્ષ તથા કૃત્તિકા બનાવ્યા છે. તેણે દક્ષિણી આકાશના નક્ષત્રો ર્સજ્યા છે.

10 Who does great things not to be searched out; yes, wonders without number.દેવ અદભુત કાર્યો કરે છે જે લોકો સમજી શકતા નથી. અને કોઇ ગણી ન શકે તેનાથી વધારે ચમત્કારી કાર્યોનો કર્તા છે.

11 See, he goes past me and I see him not: he goes on before, but I have no knowledge of him.તે મારી બાજુમાંથી પસાર થાય છે; પણ હું તેમને જોઇ શકતો નથી. તે આગળ ચાલ્યા જાય છે, પણ હું તેમને જોઇ શકતો નથી.

12 If he puts out his hand to take, by whom may it be turned back? who may say to him, What are you doing?તે જો ઓચિંતાના આવે અને તેમને જે કઇં જોઇતું હોય તે ઝડપમારી પડાવી લે તો તેમને કોણ રોકી શકે? તેને કોણ પૂછી શકે, ‘તમે આ શું કરો છો?’

13 God's wrath may not be turned back; the helpers of Rahab were bent down under him.ઈશ્વર તેમનો ગુસ્સો રોકશે નહિ રહાબનાં મદદગારો પણ દેવથી ડરે છે. માણસનો ગર્વ તેની સામે ઓગળી જાય છે.

14 How much less may I give an answer to him, using the right words in argument with him?તો પછી માત્ર મારા જેવા કઇ દલીલોને બળે એની સામે ઊભા રહી શકે?

15 Even if my cause was good, I would not be able to give an answer; I would make request for grace from him who was against me.નિદોર્ષ હોવા છતાં હું તેમને જવાબ આપી શકતો નથી મારા ન્યાયાધીશ પાસે દયાની ભીખ માંગું એટલું જ હું કરી શકું.

16 If I had sent for him to be present, and he had come, I would have no faith that he would give ear to my voice.હું જો એની સામે ફરિયાદ કરું અને તે જવાબ આપે તો. મને ખાત્રી છે તે મારું સાંભળશે નહિ.

17 For I would be crushed by his storm, my wounds would be increased without cause.તે મને કચરી નાખવા તોફાન મોકલશે. કારણ વગર તે મને વધારે ઘાયલ કરશે.

18 He would not let me take my breath, but I would be full of bitter grief.તે મને શ્વાસ લેવા દેશે નહિ, પણ મને મુશ્કેલીઓથી ભરપૂર કરી દેશે.

19 If it is a question of strength, he says, Here I am! and if it is a question of a cause at law, he says, Who will give me a fixed day?હું દેવને હરાવી શકીશ નહિ, તે ખુબજ શકિતશાળી છે. હું દેવને ન્યાયાલયમાં લઇ જઇને મારી તરફ નિષ્પક્ષ રહેવાનો આગ્રહ કરી શકીશ નહિ.

20 Though I was in the right, he would say that I was in the wrong; I have done no evil; but he says that I am a sinner.હું નિદોર્ષ છું, પણ હું જે કાંઇ કહું છું તેમાં હું ગુનેગાર જ દેખાઉ છું, હું નિદોર્ષ છું પણ જ્યારે હું બોલુ છુ, મારુ મોઢુ મને અપરાધી સાબિત કરે છે.

21 I have done no wrong; I give no thought to what becomes of me; I have no desire for life.હું નિદોર્ષ છુઁ, પણ શું વિચાર કરવો તે હું જાણતો નથી. હું મારા પોતાના જીવનને ધિક્કારું છું.

22 It is all the same to me; so I say, He puts an end to the sinner and to him who has done no wrong together.‘માણસ કદાચ ભલે વાંક વગરનો કે અનિષ્ટ હોય પરંતુ દરેકને સરખીજ વસ્તુ થાય છે. તે બધાનો નાશ કરે છે.’

23 If death comes suddenly through disease, he makes sport of the fate of those who have done no wrong.જ્યારે કોઇ ભયંકર બાબત બની જાય અને એક નિદોર્ષ માણસને મારી નાખવામાં આવે તો શું દેવ તેના પર હસશે?

24 The land is given into the power of the evil-doer; the faces of its judges are covered; if not by him, then who has done it?જ્યારે દુષ્ટ માણસ એક પ્રદેશને કબ્જામાં લઇ લે છે, તો તે ન્યાયાધીશોને શું થઇ રહ્યુંં છે તે જોવા માટે રોકે છે? એ જો સાચું હોય તો પછી દેવ કોણ છે?

25 My days go quicker than a post-runner: they go in flight, they see no good.મારા દિવસો એક દોડવીર કરતા પણ વધારે ઝડપથી પસાર થઇ જાય છે. મારા દિવસો પસાર થઇ રહ્યા છે અને તેમા કોઇ આનંદ નથી.

26 They go rushing on like reed-boats, like an eagle dropping suddenly on its food.ઝડપથી પસાર થતા વહાણની જેમ અંતે પોતાના શિકાર પર તૂટી પડતા ગરૂડની જેમ મારા દિવસો ચાલ્યાં જાય છે.

27 If I say, I will put my grief out of mind, I will let my face be sad no longer and I will be bright;જો હું એમ કહું કે ‘હું મારા દુ:ખ વિષે ભૂલી જઇશ. અને ખુશ થઇને દેવ સામે ફરિયાદ ન કરવાનો નિર્ણય કરું.’

28 I go in fear of all my pains; I am certain that I will not be free from sin in your eyes.વાસ્તવમાં કશું બદલાતું નથી. વ્યથા હજી પણ મને ડરાવે છે. હું જાણું છું કે તમે મને નિદોર્ષ નહિ ગણો.

29 You will not let me be clear of sin! why then do I take trouble for nothing?હું પહેલેથીજ ગુનેગાર ઠરાયો છું. તો હું ફોકટ શા માટે શ્રમ કરું છું?

30 If I am washed with snow water, and make my hands clean with soap;જો હિમથી હું મારું શરીર ધોઉં અને સાબુથી મારા હાથ ચોખ્ખાં કરું.

31 Then you will have me pushed into the dust, so that I will seem disgusting to my very clothing.તો પણ દેવ મને ખાઇમાં નાખી દેશે અને મારા પોતાનાં જ વસ્ત્રો મને ઘૃણા કરશે.

32 For he is not a man as I am, that I might give him an answer, that we might come together before a judge.હું મારો પોતાનો બચાવ કરી શકતો નથી કારણકે તમે મારા જેવા માણસ નથી. આપણે એક બીજાને ન્યાયાલયમાં મળી શકીએ તેમ નથી. તમે માણસ હોત તો આપણે સારી રીતે વાદ-વિવાદ કરી શક્યાં હોત.

33 There is no one to give a decision between us, who might have control over us.મારી ઇચ્છા છે, કોઇ આડતિયો હોત કે જે બંને પક્ષને સાંભળી શકે. હું ઇચ્છું છું એવું કોઇ હોત જે આપણ બંનેનો ન્યાય કરી શક્યો હોત.

34 Let him take away his rod from me and not send his fear on me:હું ઇચ્છું છુઁ, દેવનો શિક્ષા દંડ મારા પરથી લઇલે એવું કોઇ હોત, તો પછી દેવ મને ક્યારેય ડરાવશે નહિ.

35 Then I would say what is in my mind without fear of him; for there is no cause of fear in myself.તો હું દેવનો ડર રાખ્યા વગર તેને મોઢામોઢ કહી દઇશ. પણ હમણાં હું એમ કરી શકું તેમ નથી.
