    יֵאָ֣מֶר
    pass,
    yay-AH-mer
    ל֑וֹ
    it

    כָּל
    shall
    kahl
    הַכָּת֥וּב
    And
    ha-ka-TOOV
    לַחַיִּ֖ים
    come
    la-ha-YEEM
    בִּירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃
    to
    bee-roo-sha-loh-EEM
