Hebrews 9:7 પણ બીજા ઓરડામાં ફક્ત પ્રમુખયાજક જ જઇ શકતો, તે પણ વર્ષમાં એક જ વખત જતો, તે પોતાની સાથે લોહી લીધા વગર કદી તે ઓરડામાં પ્રવેશતો નહિ. પ્રમુખયાજક તે રક્ત લઈને પોતાના અને લોકો દ્ધારા અજાણથી પણ પાપકર્મ થયું હોય તેના માટે અર્પણ કરતો.
