આ બધા કાલેબના વંશજો હતા: એફ્રાથાહથી જન્મેલા હૂરને શોબાલ નામે પુત્ર હતો. તે કિર્યાથયઆરીમનો પિતા હતો.

of Ephratah;	אֶפְרָ֑תָה	ʾeprātâ	ef-RA-ta
Shobal	שׁוֹבָ֕ל	šôbāl	shoh-VAHL
the father	אֲבִ֖י	ʾăbî	uh-VEE
of Kirjath-jearim,	קִרְיַ֥ת	qiryat	keer-YAHT
