Genesis 27:29
બધા લોકો તમાંરી સેવા કરે. રાષ્ટ તમાંરી શરણે આવે, તમે તમાંરા ભાઈઓ ઉપર શાસન કરો. તારી માંતાના પુત્રો તારા ચરણોમાં નમે. અને તારી આજ્ઞાનું પાલન કરો. પ્રત્યેક વ્યકિત જે તમને શાપ આપશે તે શાપ તેના પર ઊતરશે અને જે વ્યકિત આશીર્વાદ આપશે, તે આશીર્વાદ પામશે.”

| over thy brethren, | גְבִיר֙ | gĕbîr | ɡeh-VEER |
| and let thy mother's | לְאַחֶ֔יךָ | lĕʾaḥêkā | leh-ah-HAY-ha |
| sons | וְיִשְׁתַּחֲוּ֥וּ | wĕyištaḥăwwû | veh-yeesh-ta-HUH-woo |
| bow down | לְךָ֖ | lĕkā | leh-HA |
| to thee: cursed | בְּנֵ֣י | bĕnê | beh-NAY |
| curseth that one every be | אִמֶּ֑ךָ | ʾimmekā | ee-MEH-ha |
| thee, and blessed | אֹֽרְרֶ֣יךָ | ʾōrĕrêkā | oh-reh-RAY-ha |
| blesseth that he be | אָר֔וּר | ʾārûr | ah-ROOR |
