વાજિંત્રો વગાડનારા અને ગીત ગાનારા એક સૂરે યહોવાની આરાધના કરતા હતા. અને આભાર માનતા હતા. તેઓના ગીતો સાથે રણશિંગડા, ઝાંઝ, અને અન્ય વાજિંત્રોનો મોટો અવાજ દૂર સુધી ફેલાતો હતો. તેઓ સર્વ પણ યહોવાની સ્તુતિ કરતા હતા, અને આભાર માનતા હતા: “દેવ ઉત્તમ છે! તેમનો પ્રેમ સર્વકાળ ટકે છે.”

to be heard לְהַשְׁמִ֣יעַ šāmaʿ sha-MA
sound קוֹל qôl kole
to make one אֶחָ֗ד ʾeḥād eh-HAHD
in praising לְהַלֵּ֣ל hālal ha-LAHL
and thanking וּלְהֹדוֹת֮ yādâ ya-DA
the Lord; לַֽיהוָה֒ yĕhōwâ yeh-hoh-VA
and when they lifted up וּכְהָרִ֣ים rûm room
voice ק֠וֹל qôl kole
with the trumpets בַּחֲצֹֽצְר֨וֹת ḥăṣōṣĕrâ huh-tsoh-tseh-RA
and cymbals וּבִמְצִלְתַּ֜יִם mĕṣēlet meh-tsay-LET
and instruments וּבִכְלֵ֣י kĕlî keh-LEE
of musick, הַשִּׁ֗יר šîr sheer
and praised וּבְהַלֵּ֤ל hālal ha-LAHL
the Lord, לַֽיהוָה֙ yĕhōwâ yeh-hoh-VA
For כִּ֣י kî kee
good; ט֔וֹב ṭôb tove
for כִּ֥י kî kee
for ever: לְעוֹלָ֖ם ʿôlām oh-LAHM
his mercy חַסְדּ֑וֹ ḥēsēd hay-SADE
that the house וְהַבַּ֛יִת bayit ba-YEET
was filled מָלֵ֥א mālēʾ ma-LAY
with a cloud, עָנָ֖ן ʿānān ah-NAHN
the house בֵּ֥ית bayit ba-YEET
of the Lord; יְהוָֽה׃ yĕhōwâ yeh-hoh-VA
