2 Chronicles 32:4
મોટી સંખ્યામાં લોકો ભેગા થયા અને તેમણે બધાં ઝરાને બંધ કરી દીધાં અને એ વિસ્તાર, પ્રદેશમાંથી પસાર થતાં વહેતા ઝરણાને પણ બંધ કરી દીધા. તેમણે વિચાર્યું કે, “આશ્શૂરના રાજા જ્યારે અહીં આવે ત્યારે તેમને મબલખ પાણી શા માટે મળવા દેવું?”

| midst the through | הַשּׁוֹטֵ֥ף | haššôṭēp | ha-shoh-TAFE |
| of the land, | בְּתוֹךְ | bĕtôk | beh-TOKE |
| saying, | הָאָ֖רֶץ | hāʾāreṣ | ha-AH-rets |
| Why | לֵאמֹ֑ר | lēʾmōr | lay-MORE |
| kings the should | לָ֤מָּה | lāmmâ | LA-ma |
| of Assyria | יָב֙וֹאוּ֙ | yābôʾû | ya-VOH-OO |
| come, | מַלְכֵ֣י | malkê | mahl-HAY |
| and find | אַשּׁ֔וּר | ʾaššûr | AH-shoor |
| much | וּמָֽצְא֖וּ | ûmāṣĕʾû | oo-ma-tseh-OO |
