આહાઝે યહોવાના મંદિરને, રાજમહેલ અને પોતાના અમલદારોનાં ઘરોને લૂંટીને એ લૂંટનો માલ આશ્શૂરના રાજાને આપ્યો પણ કશું વળ્યું નહિ.
