Genesis 50 in Tamil

1 அப்பொழுது யோசேப்பு தன் தகப்பனுடைய முகத்தின்மேல் விழுந்து, அழுது, அவனை முத்தஞ்செய்தான். And Joseph fell upon his father's face, and wept upon him, and kissed him.

2 பின்பு, தன் தகப்பனுக்குச் சுகந்தவர்க்கமிடும்படி யோசேப்பு தன் ஊழியக்காரராகிய வைத்தியருக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டான்; அப்படியே வைத்தியர் இஸ்ரவேலுக்குச் சுகந்தவர்க்கமிட்டார்கள். And Joseph commanded his servants the physicians to embalm his father: and the physicians embalmed Israel.

3 சுகந்தவர்க்கமிட நாற்பதுநாள் செல்லும்; அப்படியே அந்த நாட்கள் நிறைவேறின. எகிப்தியர் அவனுக்காக எழுபதுநாள் துக்கங்கொண்டாடினார்கள். And forty days were fulfilled for him; for so are fulfilled the days of those which are embalmed: and the Egyptians mourned for him threescore and ten days.

4 துக்கங்கொண்டாடும் நாட்கள் முடிந்தபின், யோசேப்பு பார்வோனின் குடும்பத்தாரை நோக்கி: உங்கள் கண்களில் எனக்குத் தயவு கிடைத்ததானால், நீங்கள் பார்வோனின் காது கேட்க அவருக்கு அறிவிக்க வேண்டியது என்னவென்றால், And when the days of his mourning were past, Joseph spake unto the house of Pharaoh, saying, If now I have found grace in your eyes, speak, I pray you, in the ears of Pharaoh, saying,

My father made me swear, saying, Lo, I die: in my grave which I have digged for me in the land of Canaan, there shalt thou bury me. Now therefore let me go up, I pray thee, and bury my father, and I will come again.

7 அப்படியே யோசேப்பு தன் தகப்பனை அடக்கம்பண்ணப் போனான். பார்வோனுடைய அரமனையிலிருந்த பெரியவர்களாகிய அவனுடைய சகல உத்தியோகஸ்தரும் எகிப்து தேசத்திலுள்ள சகல பெரியோரும், And Joseph went up to bury his father: and with him went up all the servants of Pharaoh, the elders of his house, and all the elders of the land of Egypt,

8 யோசேப்பின் வீட்டார் யாவரும், அவன் சகோதரரும், அவன் தகப்பன் வீட்டாரும் அவனோடேகூடப் போனார்கள். தங்கள் குழந்தைகளையும், தங்கள் ஆடுமாடுகளையும்மாத்திரம் கோசேன் நாட்டில் விட்டுப் போனார்கள். And all the house of Joseph, and his brethren, and his father's house: only their little ones, and their flocks, and their herds, they left in the land of Goshen.

9 இரதங்களும் குதிரைவீரர்களும் அவனோடே போனதினால், பரிவாரக்கூட்டம் மிகவும் அதிகமாயிருந்தது. And there went up with him both chariots and horsemen: and it was a very great company.

And they came to the threshingfloor of Atad, which is beyond Jordan, and there they mourned with a great and very sore lamentation: and he made a mourning for his father seven days.

11 ஆத்தாத்தின் களத்திலே துக்கங்கொண்டாடுகிறதை அத்தேசத்தின் குடிகளாகிய கானானியர் கண்டு: இது எகிப்தியருக்குப் பெரிய துக்கங்கொண்டாடல் என்றார்கள். அதினால் யோர்தானுக்கு அப்பாலிருக்கிற அந்த ஸ்தலத்திற்கு ஆபேல்மிஸ்ராயீம் என்னும் பேர் உண்டாயிற்று. And when the inhabitants of the land, the Canaanites, saw the mourning in the floor of Atad, they said, This is a grievous mourning to the Egyptians: wherefore the name of it was called Abelmizraim, which is beyond Jordan.

12 யாக்கோபின் குமாரர், தங்களுக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டிருந்தபடியே, And his sons did unto him according as he commanded them:

For his sons carried him into the land of Canaan, and buried him in the cave of the field of Machpelah, which Abraham bought with the field for a possession of a buryingplace of Ephron the Hittite, before Mamre.

14 யோசேப்பு தன் தகப்பனை அடக்கம்பண்ணினபின்பு, அவனும் அவன் சகோதரரும், அவனுடைய தகப்பனை அடக்கம்பண்ணுவதற்கு அவனோடேகூடப் போனவர்கள் யாவரும் எகிப்துக்குத் திரும்பினார்கள். And Joseph returned into Egypt, he, and his brethren, and all that went up with him to bury his father, after he had buried his father.

15 தங்கள் தகப்பன் மரணமடைந்ததை யோசேப்பின் சகோதரர் கண்டு: ஒருவேளை யோசேப்பு நம்மைப் பகைத்து, நாம் அவனுக்குச் செய்த எல்லாப் பொல்லாங்குக்காகவும் நமக்குச் சரிக்குச் சரிகட்டுவான் என்று சொல்லி, யோசேப்பினிடத்தில் ஆள் அனுப்பி, And when Joseph's brethren saw that their father was dead, they said, Joseph will peradventure hate us, and will certainly requite us all the evil which we did unto him.

And they sent a messenger unto Joseph, saying, Thy father did command before he died, saying,

So shall ye say unto Joseph, Forgive, I pray thee now, the trespass of thy brethren, and their sin; for they did unto thee evil: and now, we pray thee, forgive the trespass of the servants of the God of thy father. And Joseph wept when they spake unto him.

20 நீங்கள் எனக்குத் தீமைசெய்ய நினைத்தீர்கள்; தேவனோ, இப்பொழுது நடந்துவருகிறபடியே, வெகு ஜனங்களை உயிரோடே காக்கும்படிக்கு, அதை நன்மையாக முடியப்பண்ணினார் But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.

21 ஆதலால், பயப்படாதிருங்கள்; நான் உங்களையும் உங்கள் குழந்தைகளையும் பராமரிப்பேன் என்று, அவர்களுக்கு ஆறுதல் சொல்லி, அவர்களோடே பட்சமாய்ப் பேசினான். Now therefore fear ye not: I will nourish you, and your little ones. And he comforted them, and spake kindly unto them.

22 யோசேப்பும் அவன் தகப்பன் குடும்பத்தாரும் எகிப்திலே குடியிருந்தார்கள். யோசேப்பு நூற்றுப்பத்து வருஷம் உயிரோடிருந்தான். And Joseph dwelt in Egypt, he, and his father's house: and Joseph lived an hundred and ten years.

23 யோசேப்பு எப்பிராயீமுக்குப் பிறந்த மூன்றாம் தலைமுறைப் பிள்ளைகளையும் கண்டான்; மனாசேயின் குமாரனாகிய மாகீரின் பிள்ளைகளும் யோசேப்பின் மடியில் வளர்க்கப்பட்டார்கள். And Joseph saw Ephraim's children of the third generation: the children also of Machir the son of Manasseh were brought up upon Joseph's knees.

24 யோசேப்பு தன் சகோதரரை நோக்கி: நான் மரணமடையப் போகிறேன்; ஆனாலும் தேவன் உங்களை நிச்சயமாய்ச் சந்தித்து, நீங்கள் இந்தத் தேசத்தை விட்டு, தாம் ஆபிரகாமுக்கும் ஈசாக்குக்கும் யாக்கோபுக்கும் ஆணையிட்டுக் கொடுத்திருக்கிற தேசத்துக்குப் போகப் பண்ணுவார் என்று சொன்னதுமன்றி; And Joseph said unto his brethren, I die: and God will surely visit you, and bring you out of this land unto the land which he sware to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.

25 தேவன் உங்களைச் சந்திக்கும்போது, என் எலும்புகளை இவ்விடத்திலிருந்து கொண்டுபோவீர்களாக என்றும் சொல்லி; யோசேப்பு இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரிடத்தில் ஆணையிடுவித்துக்கொண்டான். And Joseph took an oath of the children of Israel, saying, God will surely visit you, and ye shall carry up my bones from hence.

26 யோசேப்பு நூற்றுப்பத்து வயதுள்ளவனாய் மரித்தான். அவனுக்குச் சுகந்தவர்க்கமிட்டு, எகிப்து தேசத்தில் அவனை ஒரு பெட்டியிலே வைத்துவைத்தார்கள். So Joseph died, being an hundred and ten years old: and they embalmed him, and he was put in a coffin in Egypt.

1 Appoluthu yoseppu than thakappanutaiya mukaththinmael vilunthu, aluthu, avanai muththanjaெythaan. And Joseph fell upon his father's face, and wept upon him, and kissed him.

2 Pinpu, than thakappanukkuch sukanthavarkkamidumpati yoseppu than ooliyakkaararaakiya vaiththiyarukkuk kattalaiyittan; appatiyae vaiththiyar isravaelukkuch sukanthavarkkamittarkal. And Joseph commanded his servants the physicians to embalm his father: and the physicians embalmed Israel.

3 Sukanthavarkkamida naarpathunaal sellum; appatiyae antha naatkal niraivaerina. Ekipthiyar avanukkaaka elupathunaal thukkangaொnndaatinaarkal. And forty days were fulfilled for him; for so are fulfilled the days of those which are embalmed: and the Egyptians mourned for him threescore and ten days.

4 Thukkangaொnndaadum naatkal mutinthapin, yoseppu paarvonin kudumpaththaarai Nnokki: ungal kannkalil enakkuth thayavu kitaiththathaanaal, neengal paarvonin kaathu kaetka avarukku arivikka vaenntiyathu ennavental, And when the days of his mourning were past, Joseph spake unto the house of Pharaoh, saying, If now I have found grace in your eyes, speak, I pray you, in the ears of Pharaoh, saying,

5 En thakappanaar ennai Nnokki: itho, naan maranamataiyap pokiraேn; kaanaan thaesaththilae naan enakkaaka vettivaiththirukkira kallaraiyilae ennai adakkampannnuvaayaaka entu ennidaththil solli, aannaiyiduviththukkonndaar; naan angae poy, en thakappanai adakkampannnni varuvatharku uththaravukodukka vaenntikkollukiraேn entu sollungal entan. My father made me swear, saying, Lo, I die: in my grave which I have digged for me in the land of Canaan, there shalt thou bury me. Now therefore let me go up, I pray thee, and bury my father, and I will come again.

6 Atharkup paarvon: un thakappan unnidaththil aannaiyiduviththapatiyae, nee poy, avarai adakkampannnnivaa entan. And Pharaoh said, Go up, and bury thy father, according as he made thee swear.

7 Appatiyae yoseppu than thakappanai adakkampannnap ponaan. Paarvonutaiya aramanaiyiliruntha periyavarkalaakiya avanutaiya sakala uththiyokastharum ekipthu thaesaththilulla sakala periyorum, And Joseph went up to bury his father: and with him went up all the servants of Pharaoh, the elders of his house, and all the elders of the land of Egypt,

8 Yoseppin veettar yaavarum, avan sakothararum, avan thakappan veettarum avanotaekoodap ponaarkal. Thangal kulanthaikalaiyum, thangal aadumaadukalaiyummaaththiram kosen naattil vittup ponaarkal. And all the house of Joseph, and his brethren, and his father's house: only their little ones, and their flocks, and their herds, they left in the land of Goshen.

9 Irathangalum kuthiraiveerarkalum avanotae ponathinaal, parivaarakkoottam mikavum athikamaayirunthathu. And there went up with him both chariots and horsemen: and it was a very great company.

10 Avarkal yorthaanukku akkaraiyil irukkira aaththaaththin porkkalaththil vanthapothu, avvidaththil perum pulampalaakap pulampinaarkal. Angae than thakappanukkaaka aelunaal thukkangaொnndaatinaan. 11 Aaththaaththin kalaththilae thukkangaொnndaadukirathai aththaesaththin kutikalaakiya kaanaaniyar kanndu: ithu ekipthiyarukkup periya thukkangaொnndaadal entarkal. Athinaal yorthaanukku appaalirukkira antha sthalaththirku aapaelmisraayeem ennum paer unndaayittaு. 13 Avanaik kaanaan thaesaththukkuk konndupoy, Abraham mamraekku ethirae irukkira makpaelaa ennum nilaththilae thanakkuch sonthak kallarai poomiyaaka aeththiyanaakiya epperonidaththil vaangina nilaththilulla kukaiyilae avanai adakkampannnninaarkal. 15 Thangal thakappan maranamatainthathai yoseppin sakotharar kanndu: oruvaelai yoseppu nammaip pakaiththu, naam avanukkuch seytha ellaap pollaangukkaakavum namakkuch sarikkuch sarikattuvaan entu solli, yoseppinidaththil aal anuppi, And when Joseph's brethren saw that their father was dead, they said, Joseph will peradventure hate us, and will certainly requite us all the evil which we did unto him.

16 Ummutaiya sakotharar umakkup pollaangu seythirunthaalum, avarkal seytha thurokaththaiyum paathakaththaiyum neer thayavuseythu mannikkavaenndum entu ummutaiya thakappanaar maranamataiyumunnae, umakkuch sollumpati kattalaiyittar. And they sent a messenger unto Joseph, saying, Thy father did command before he died, saying,

17 Aakaiyaal, ummutaiya thakappanaarutaiya thaevanukku ooliyakkaararaakiya naangal seytha thurokaththai mannikkavaenndum entu avanukkuch sollach sonnaarkal. Avarkal athai yoseppukkuch sonnapothu, avan aluthaan. So shall ye say unto Joseph, Forgive, I pray thee now, the trespass of thy brethren, and their sin; for they did unto thee evil: and now, we pray thee, forgive the trespass of the servants of the God of thy father. And Joseph wept when they spake unto him.

18 Pinpu, avanutaiya sakothararum poy, avanukku munpaakath thaala vilunthu: itho, naangal umakku atimaikal entarkal. And his brethren also went and fell down before his face; and they said, Behold, we be thy servants.

19 Yoseppu avarkalai Nnokki: payappadaathirungal; naan thaevanaa; And Joseph said unto them, Fear not: for am I in the place of God?

20 Neengal enakkuth theemaiseyya ninaiththeerkal; thaevano, ippoluthu nadanthuvarukirapatiyae, veku janangalai uyirotae kaakkumpatikku, athai nanmaiyaaka mutiyappannnninaar But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.

21 Aathalaal, payappadaathirungal; naan ungalaiyum ungal kulanthaikalaiyum paraamarippaen entu, avarkalukku aaraுthal solli, avarkalotae patchamaayp paesinaan. Now therefore fear ye not: I will nourish you, and your little ones. And he comforted them, and spake kindly unto them.

22 Yoseppum avan thakappan kudumpaththaarum ekipthilae kutiyirunthaarkal. Yoseppu noottaுppaththu varusham uyirotirunthaan. And Joseph dwelt in Egypt, he, and his father's house: and Joseph lived an hundred and ten years.

23 Yoseppu eppiraayeemukkup pirantha moontam thalaimuraip pillaikalaiyum kanndaan; manaaseyin kumaaranaakiya maageerin pillaikalum yoseppin matiyil valarkkappattarkal. And Joseph saw Ephraim's children of the third generation: the children also of Machir the son of Manasseh were brought up upon Joseph's knees.

24 Yoseppu than sakothararai Nnokki: naan maranamataiyap pokiraேn; aanaalum Dhevan ungalai nichchayamaaych santhiththu, neengal inthath thaesaththai vittu, thaam aapirakaamukkum eesaakkukkum yaakkopukkum aannaiyittuk koduththirukkira thaesaththukkup pokap pannnuvaar entu sonnathumanti; And Joseph said unto his brethren, I die: and God will surely visit you, and bring you out of this land unto the land which he sware to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.

25 Dhevan ungalaich santhikkumpothu, en elumpukalai ivvidaththilirunthu konndupoveerkalaaka entum solli; yoseppu Israel puththiraridaththil aannaiyiduviththukkonndaan. And Joseph took an oath of the children of Israel, saying, God will surely visit you, and ye shall carry up my bones from hence.

26 Yoseppu noottaுppaththu vayathullavanaay mariththaan. Avanukkuch sukanthavarkkamittu, ekipthu thaesaththil avanai oru pettiyilae vaiththuvaiththaarkal. So Joseph died, being an hundred and ten years old: and they embalmed him, and he was put in a coffin in Egypt.
