அப்பொழுது அவனுடைய முழங்கால்கள் நடுவே இருந்த பிள்ளைகளை யோசேப்பு பின்னிடப்பண்ணி, அவனுடைய முகத்துக்கு முன்பாகத் தரைமட்டும் குனிந்து வணங்கினான்.

இஸ்ரவேலர்கள் பாவம் செய்தார்கள்; நான் அவர்களுக்குக் கட்டளையிட்ட என் உடன்படிக்கையை மீறினார்கள்; சபிக்கப்பட்டவைகளில் சிலவற்றை எடுத்துக்கொண்டதும், திருடியதும், ஏமாற்றியதும், தங்களுடைய பொருட்களுக்குள்ளே வைத்ததும் உண்டே.
