லாபான் அதிகாலமே எழுந்திருந்து, தன் குமாரரையும் தன் குமாரத்திகளையும் முத்தஞ்செய்து, அவர்களை ஆசீர்வதித்தான். பின்பு லாபான் புறப்பட்டு, தன் இடத்துக்குத் திரும்பிப்போனான்.
