அப்பொழுது அவர்: பிள்ளையாண்டான்மேல் உன் கையைப் போடாதே, அவனுக்கு ஒன்றும் செய்யாதே; நீ அவனை உன் புத்திரன் என்றும், உன் ஏகசுதன் என்றும் பாராமல் எனக்காக ஒப்புக்கொடுத்தபடியினால் நீ தேவனுக்குப் பயப்படுகிறவன் என்று இப்பொழுது அறிந்திருக்கிறேன் என்றார்.

விசுவாசக்குறைவுள்ளவர்களே! இன்றைக்கு இருந்து நாளைக்கு அடுப்பிலே போடப்படும் காட்டுப்புல்லுக்கு தேவன் இவ்விதமாக உடுத்துவித்தால், உங்களுக்கு உடுத்துவிப்பது அதிக நிச்சயமல்லவா?

அவ்வாறே தேவன் வயல்களிலுள்ள புற்களுக்கும் உடை அணிவிக்கிறார். இன்றைக்கு உயிருடன் இருக்கும் புல், நாளைக்கு தீயிலிடப்பட்டு எரிக்கப்படும். எனவே, தேவன் உங்களுக்குச் சிறப்பாக உடையணிவிப்பார் என்பதை அறியுங்கள். தேவனிடம் சாதாரணமான நம்பிக்கை வைக்காதீர்கள்.
