of the Lord,	יְהוָה֙	yĕhōwâ	yeh-hoh-VA
he executed	עָשָׂ֔ה	ʿāśâ	ah-SA
and his judgments	וּמִשְׁפָּטָ֖יו	mišpāṭ	meesh-PAHT
