அவன் அரணிப்பான கோட்டைகளுக்காகவும், அந்நிய தேவனுக்காகவும் செய்வது என்னவென்றால், அவைகளை மதிக்கிறவர்களுக்கு மகா கனமுண்டாக்கி, அவர்கள் அநேகரை ஆளும்படிச் செய்து, அவர்களுக்கு தேசத்தைக் கிரயத்துக்காகப் பங்கிடுவான்.

“அந்த வடபகுதி அரசன் பலம் வாய்ந்த கோட்டைகளை அந்நிய தெய்வங்களின் உதவியுடன் தாக்குவான். அவன் தன்னோடு சேர்ந்த அயல்நாட்டு அரசர்களுக்கு மிகுந்த மரியாதையைக் கொடுப்பான். அந்த அரசர்களுக்குக் கீழே அவன் பல ஜனங்களை வைப்பான். அவர்கள் ஆளும் நாடுகளுக்காக வரி வசூலிப்பான்.
