இஸ்ரவேல் சபையையெல்லாம் நோக்கி: உங்களுக்குச் சம்மதியும் நம்முடைய தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்குச் சித்தமுமாயிருந்தால், இஸ்ரவேலின் தேசங்களிலெல்லாம் இருக்கிற நம்முடைய மற்றச் சகோதரரும், அவர்களோடே தங்கள் வெளிநிலங்களில் இருக்கிற ஆசாரியரும் லேவியரும் நம்மோடே கூடும்படிக்கு நாம் சீக்கிரமாய் அவர்களிடத்துக்கு ஆளனுப்பி,
