Psalm 70 in Tamil

1 தேவனே, என்னை விடுவியும் கர்த்தாவே, எனக்குச் சகாயஞ்செய்யத் தீவிரியும். MAKE HASTE, O GOD, TO DELIVER ME; MAKE HASTE TO HELP ME, O LORD.

2 என் பிராணனை வாங்கத்தேடுகிறவர்கள் வெட்கி நாணுவார்களாக; எனக்குத் தீங்குவரும்படி விரும்புகிறவர்கள் பின்னிட்டுத் திரும்பி இலச்சையடைவார்களாக. Let them be ashamed and confounded that seek after my soul: let them be turned backward, and put to confusion, that desire my hurt.

3 ஆ ஆ, ஆ ஆ, என்பவர்கள் தாங்கள் அடையும் வெட்கத்தினால் பின்னிட்டுப்போவார்களாக. Let them be turned back for a reward of their shame that say, Aha, aha.

4 உம்மைத் தேடுகிற யாவரும் உம்மில் மகிழ்ந்து சந்தோஷப்படுவார்களாக; உமது இரட்சிப்பில் பிரியப்படுகிறவர்கள் தேவனுக்கு மகிமையுண்டாவதாக என்று எப்பொழுதும் சொல்வார்களாக. Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified.

5 நானோ சிறுமையும் எளிமையுமானவன்; தேவனே, என்னிடத்தில் தீவிரமாய் வாரும்: நீரே என் துணையும் என்னை விடுவிக்கிறவருமானவர், கர்த்தாவே, தாமதியாதேயும். But I am poor and needy: make haste unto me, O God: thou art my help and my deliverer; O LORD, make no tarrying.

2 En piraananai vaangaththaedukiravarkal vetki naanuvaarkalaaka; enakkuth theenguvarumpati virumpukiravarkal pinnittuth thirumpi ilachchaைyataivaarkalaaka. Let them be ashamed and confounded that seek after my soul: let them be turned backward, and put to confusion, that desire my hurt.

3 Aa aa, aa aa, enpavarkal thaangal ataiyum vetkaththinaal pinnittuppovaarkalaaka. Let them be turned back for a reward of their shame that say, Aha, aha.

4 Ummaith thaedukira yaavarum ummil makilnthu santhoshappaduvaarkalaaka; umathu iratchippil piriyappadukiravarkal thaevanukku makimaiyunndaavathaaka entu eppoluthum solvaarkalaaka. 5 Naano siraுmaiyum elimaiyumaanavan; thaevanae, ennidaththil theeviramaay vaarum: neerae en thunnaiyum ennai viduvikkiravarumaanavar, karththaavae, thaamathiyaathaeyum. But I am poor and needy: make haste unto me, O God: thou art my help and my deliverer; O LORD, make no tarrying.
