י֗וֹם that yome אֲשֶׁ֨ר the uh-SHER עָמַ֜דְתָּ day ah-MAHD-ta לִפְנֵ֨י that leef-NAY יְהוָ֣ה thou yeh-VA אֱלֹהֶיךָ֮ stoodest ay-loh-hay-HA בְּחֹרֵב֒ before beh-hoh-RAVE בֶּֽאֱמֹ֨ר Lord beh-ay-MORE יְהוָ֜ה the yeh-VA אֵלַ֗י thy ay-LAI הַקְהֶל God hahk-HEL לִי֙ in lee אֶת Horeb, et הָעָ֔ם said ha-AM וְאַשְׁמִעֵ֖ם Lord veh-ash-mee-AME אֶת the et דְּבָרָ֑י when deh-va-RAI אֲשֶׁ֨ר unto uh-SHER יִלְמְד֜וּן me, yeel-meh-DOON לְיִרְאָ֣ה Gather leh-yeer-AH אֹתִ֗י together, oh-TEE כָּל kahl הַיָּמִים֙ people ha-ya-MEEM אֲשֶׁ֨ר the uh-SHER הֵ֤ם me hame חַיִּים֙ hear ha-YEEM עַל them al הָ֣אֲדָמָ֔ה make HA-uh-da-MA וְאֶת will veh-ET בְּנֵיהֶ֖ם and beh-nay-HEM יְלַמֵּדֽוּן׃ I yeh-la-may-DOON
